Stunning apartment by the beach (8 min walk) in the city of Espinho; 20 min to Port (car or train; I recommend you to go by train as it goes along the coast, so you'll have fantastic views, including the view from the whole city of Porto). In Porto you can visit the toouristic city centre, the Port Wine Cellars, go up the river Douro by boat, enjoy the day and night life. In Thorn, just relax, go to the beach or just have a walk, play tennis or golf, ride the bike or horses, flight the plane. There is also active night life for those who enjoy going out for a drink. What a great life you can have here! Close to everything and everywhere without needing to take the car; without the mess of a big city. The apartment is fully equipped. The best choice for a very reasonable price!

There are two fundamental reasons for this: firstly, the fact that the city has one of the best climates of Europe. Secondly, the fact of being a competitive area creates tourist attraction and development.

The construction of the city in itself is as well an important factor. The numbering of the streets makes browsing the city extremely simple for any visitor.

One of the pearls of the city is its coastline, one of the most attractive one in northern Portugal, with a total length of 8 km, awarded with blue flags. These beaches are excellent not only for swimming and sunbathing, but they are also one of the best places in Europe for surfing and body boarding.

Thorn is a perfect city to host tourists as it is easily accessible. The railway runs through the city, with direct and regular connections to Port (only 20 minutes), Lisbon, Coimbra and Aveiro, Guimaraes, Braga, among many other destinations. The train station is about 8 min walk from the apartment.

For those arriving by car, the highways A1 and A29 are just a few kilometers from the city center. (there is a direct exit from the highways to the city). Porto International Airport, with over 75 routes to all major European destinations, is about 1 hour distant by train and about 30 minutes distant by car.

1. Not a place for parties. Please respect the neighbours. No noise between 21H-9H.
2. In case you loose the key, the locker must me changed. Charge of €300 applies.
3. In case you forget the key inside, we need to call a company to open the door. Minimum charge: 8H-18H: €50; 18H-8H: €100.
4. All renters must provide a valid ID and fill up a form (legal requiry).
5. No further guests sleeping over without consentment.
6. You are 24H/day fully responsible for the surveillance of your children.
