Stunning luxury studio completely self contained with its own entrance separate from the main house above. The studio was once the adega, the old wine press and storehouse. It has been beautifully restored into a perfect holiday home for two people. the studio features a well equipped kitchen with everything you will need during your stay, a double bed and separate bathroom and relaxing sitting area inside with the benefit of a beautiful roof top pool with BBQ area and garden with lots of privacy. From the garden area you have a view towards a beautiful landscape.

Very close to SERRAS DO SOCORRO E ARCHEIRA LOCAL PROTECTED LANDSCAPE.

This protected area stands out from the surroundings in terms of relief, being constituted by the Socorro, Archeira, Galharda and Monte Deixo mountains, aiming to promote the protection, management and planning of the landscape, based on initiatives of participation of the local population (….)This territory also offers privileged conditions for the practice of nature tourism on bicycle, allowing you to travel on two wheels to interesting places. For the more adventurous, it is possible to enjoy the downhill track, which starts at the top of the Socorro hills and ends at its foot.

Why can't I call Rosa (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rosa (the owner) a message.

If Rosa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
