From the owner

Apartment located in a gated community, comprising lounge and dining room, kitchen (with direct connection to the room through cut-out window on the wall), home room, with wardrobe, bathroom. Through a spiral staircase accesses the 1st floor, open space, available for up to 4 people. Both the R / c either the 1st floor have a balcony overlooking the valley and the sea. The condo has pool and playground, barbecue joint. The parking place, private and covered garage is free and available for an average car. There is also parking places next to the property, free, public area. Located 300 meters from the beach of Saint Julian, 8 km from Ericeira, it gives way to walk to the beach, suitable for surfing or bodyboarding. The surrounding area invites you to nature walks and cultural visits. Good food.

Since the day 01/01/2019 was established, by the municipality of Mafra (CMM), municipal tourist rate with the unit value of €2 in high season (May 1 to October 31) and €1 in low season (November 1 to April 30). The fee is due for guest over the age of 12 years, and per night, up to a maximum of 7 (seven) nights per person and is payable to the host at the time of check-in that will deliver to the CMM.

Através de uma escada de caracol, acede-se ao 1.º andar, em open space, disponível para acomodar até 4 pessoas. Quer o R/c quer o 1.º andar dispõem de varanda com vista sobre o vale e o mar. O condomínio tem piscina e parque de jogos, churrasqueira comum. O lugar de estacionamento, privado e coberto, na garagem, é gratuito e está disponível para um carro médio. Também existe parqueamento junto à propriedade, grátis, área pública. Localizado a 300 metros da praia de São Julião, a 8 Km da Ericeira, proporciona ida a pé até à praia, adequada para surf ou bodyboard. A área envolvente convida a passeios na natureza e visitas culturais. Boa gastronomia.

Desde o dia 01/01/2019 foi instituída, pela Câmara Municipal de Mafra

(CMM), taxa municipal turística com o valor unitário de €2 na época

alta (1 de maio a 31 de outubro) e de €1 na época baixa (1 de novembro

a 30 de abril). A taxa é devida por hóspede, com idade superior a 12

anos, e por noite, até a um máximo de 7 (sete) noites por pessoa e

    Wonderful apartment with pool (shared with other apartments, no problem!) and a stunning view! 650 m to walk to the nice beach in a lovely bay! Very friendly and helpful hosts!

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Ana & Mario (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
