It's a true catch as a new listing, this villa is rented in half price for its first guests. Do you want to grab this unique opportunity?

The Villa has a total surface of 450m2 plus 120m2 balconies facing the beautiful waterfront of Panormos Bay. It is built in three levels (connected via elevator & stairway), on a 1.500m2 plot. It has four (4) fully equipped en suite bedrooms with private bathrooms, A/C, TV sets and total sleeping places of 16, 14 adults or children and 2 infants (baby cots) on the upper level. In the front side of the plot there is a 60m2 Swimming Pool and a flowers and fruit trees garden. In the rear side of the plot there is a beautiful garden, planted with various seasonal vegetables.

-All rooms are located on the upper level of the luxurious VIP villa and they have a superb view of the sea (Panormos Bay in the Corinthian Gulf, and Panormos village on the mountainside). Sunrise from bedrooms verandas are fascinating. The various colors of the sea from morning to sunset offer an unprecedented and unique visual pleasure to guests.

-Verandas with table and chairs offering beautiful sea view and space for hanging wet towels, bathing suits, etc.

-There is a closet with many hangers in each room and free drawers for clothing. Also plenty of space for luggage and bags.

-The bathrooms on all rooms are exclusive, and each have a 3 operations window, includes shower cabinet and hair dryer. Also a cabinet with first aid equipment.

-There is central heating in the winter and A/C on each room both for summer and winter.

-TV set with cable (digital) programs / Radio inside the room and side tables/cabinets on both sides of the bed with lamps for night reading.

-A cabinet with a bucket, and all other utilities for cleaning up.

-Lights are controlled by a dimmer switch.

Guest Access;

-Free exclusive only by the guests use of 60 m2 swimming pool and all the relevant equipment (umbrellas, sunbeds and outdoor shower and hose) next to olive trees and facing the sea. Water and soft drinks consumption is permitted next to the swimming pool, provided one does not litter the space.

-You have complete and utter freedom with respect to reasonable house rules. Noone will interact or disturb you unless you request assistance.

Other Things to Note;

-Bed linen and towels are provided once.

-Extra cleaning service can be provided upon request with additional cost.

- Basic items to prepare your own breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar, cereals) are provided.

- A map with all nearby points of interest is provided (shopping, entertainment, transportation).

-Greek Cooking and serving services can be arranged with additional cost.

-No charge for babies up to 1 year old. Free baby cot.

-Feel free to contact me with any questions/requests that you might have!

House Rules

-The villa is situated in the country. Therefore a condition of your stay is to fully respect the peace and quietness of other residents living in the surrounding houses at all times.

-You will be asked, for hygiene reasons, to leave your shoes outside the villa or at the villa's main entrance. Therefore please bring your indoors shoes (slippers)!

- A rental agreement will be signed at check in, a draft of which can be sent to you, upon request, by email after your booking.

-Check-in cannot take place after 10 p.m., however, upon request, this could be at some days of the week be arranged. Therefore ask me if such arrangement is possible.

-At the basement of the Villa there is a completely independent from the rest of the Villa apartment (with independent entrance) which is not subject of this listing.

-Please respect the premises as if you were at home. A lot of effort has been put so that you can enjoy its unique characteristics.

-By booking to this listing you unconditionally accept that this property is not at any way a hotel or tourist accommodation.
