"A wonderful stay in a fairytale setting"
A big thank you for sharing your gorgeous little French house. Entrevaux itself is truly a magical place and being able to stay in one place for a decent length of time surrounded by home comforts made the experience a memorable one. Although my friend and I were on the top floor, the amazing view more than compensated for the trip to the top. We certainly felt fit by the end of our stay! We would happily recommend Maison Charvin to friends and family.

"Wonderful place to stay"
It was a privilege to stay in the old walled town of Entrevaux which is located in a very interesting part of France. From the iconic Grand Canyon du Verdon to the famous cities of the Riviera, all are in easy driving distance. Maison Charvin is a very well appointed, comfortable, unusual and fascinating house to stay in. When we arrived we were met by the wonderful Richard at the entrance to the town and he helped us to settle in and answered any questions we had. We enjoyed the stay so much that we are returning to Maison Charvin for 2 weeks in April 2015.

"Fantastic family experience"
Our children were aged 7, 5 and 2 and they loved taking over the first floor of this elegant 'fairytale' 5-level house. The village felt very safe and friendly and, as the house is so central, the older kids were happy to explore the narrow streets and numerous routes to and from home independently. We spent our mornings exploring, shopping and eating locally and would then let the kids loose in the beautiful scenic park and playground at the bottom of the village in the afternoons. A fantastic option for the hotter European summer months.

"Lovely and well equipped Maison"
The accommodation was fantastic and the local manager very helpful. The village is very peaceful for those wanting to relax and unwind. Those wanting to take full advantage of the surrounding area will need a car. I travelled with my 21 year old daughter and the house was perfect for us but it would also be ideal for two couples or friends travelling together as the layout provide both communcla and private sitting areas.
