Description

The comfort of guests is a priority. Upstairs consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (the master with a Queensize Four Poster bed, En suite and Dressing Room). The second bedroom also has an En suite, Dressing Room with twin beds. The third bedroom is downstairs which is suitable for the elderly or infirm. Downstairs the Living, Dining and Kitchen areas benefit from ceiling fans as does the Patio. Ideal if you want to have evening drinks watching the sun go down. In the Living area there are two large sofas one of which is a sofa bed. The Dining area has a large dining table which seats 6 people. The Kitchen is fully fitted with a Range Cooker and a Breakfast Bar which also seats 6 people

The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations cancelled by Client before arrival.

Cancellation 46 - 60 days is 25% of rental.

Cancellation 45 days or less is 80% of rental.

Early departures will not be refunded.

A Refundable deposit of BBD 200 or 100 USD is required on arrival payable in cash.

All Bedrooms are large airy with Ceiling Fans and are air-conditioned, which are all operated by Remote Controls. Bedroom 1 has a Queensize Four poster bed for those who like a bit of romance. It also comprises of a Dressing Room and an En suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds with safety bed rails available for children on request. This bedroom also has an En suite. A Cot is available on request. Bedroom 3 is located downstairs in the house which is suitable for the elderly or infirm.
All bathrooms are beautifully decorated. Bathroom 1 has a bath and a shower and his and her hand basins. Bathroom 2 has a large walk in shower. Bathroom 3 has a large walk in shower and is located downstairs in the house. This is suitable for the elderly and infirm.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a Range Cooker and a Breakfast Bar which also seats 6 people.
Maid service offered weekly for stays 10 days and over.

Further details outdoors

The outside Patio consists of 2 large Garden Benches, Table and Chairs, a Drinks Trolley for those evening cocktails, a Side Table and a ceiling fan to keep you cool. Some Guests also like to have their early morning drinks on the Patio before heading for the Beach. There is a Large Cooler to take to the beach, keeping the drinks cool while you swim and Beach Mats are available.
There is a parking space and Garage.
Although we do not allow smoking inside the property there is a ashtray outside on the Patio, if Guest wish to smoke.

“Family Holiday Barbados”

This is our 7th time to Barbados and it was as amazing as ever. Staying at Cotton Bay Close near Freights, South Point, Miami and Oistins is a perfect location. Weather, beaches, surfing and snorkelling were perfect. Highly recommended.

“Great Location”

My family of 6 was very happy here. Location perfect for surfing on Freight bay. Not too far to walk into town, quiet except for cows, roosters and dogs early in morning. Plenty of space, basic equipment for meal preparation there, appliances getting run down, but we loved our stay, and would return again! Very strange to have my hat and sunglasses stolen from the porch bench, as I accidentally left them out overnight. That was disconcerting and disappointing. Trilicia was helpful in getting car hire set up, which is much appreciated. Loved it!

We arrived at the airport, and a taxis was waiting for us. He was very polite and took us to house. At the house, owner's sister met us , explained all the need to knows. Wi-fi available so my girls were happy, bedrooms were large , clean with plenty of room for clothes. Air con worked well and kept us cool in the hotter parts of the day. We were given all the contact details for police, taxis, and local entertainment venues. The little touches just made our holiday even better. Lovely house, great setting , very quiet area, great beach just a couple of minutes walk away. I would return without hesitation . Trevor
