Enjoy a stay in our unique holiday cottage within the grounds of our grade A listed thatched cottage. Set within farming lands close to the southern border of Co. Fermanagh the annex is complete with modern but simple facilities for a relaxing stay in this very peaceful rural location.

The small 1 bedroom property is a modern cottage built in a traditional style featuring quaint sash windows. The property has 1 good size double bedroom which sleeps 2 people, and has a compact kitchen/ living/dining area and generous shower room. The property is complete with oil fired central heating, TV and DVD player bed linen and towels, shower room with shaver point, kitchen fully equipped with fridge and freezer compartment, washing machine, electric oven & hob & microwave. Only 6 miles from Derrylin and a short 10 -15min drive to Belturbet in County Cavan and approx 20 mins drive to Enniskillen, this is an ideal location for exploring Fermangh and bordering southern areas. The Grade A listed thatched cottage is a unique backdrop for your stay at Currys cottage and is one of a small number of cruck framed cottages still surviving today. Said to have been built over 300 years ago and recently rejuvenated, it is a beautiful and interesting historic building full of character and charm and still retaining much of its original furniture & fittings to give you a true sense of how families used to live in times gone by. Access to the thatched cottage can be arranged during your stay.

Visit the beautiful Rossnowlagh or Bundoran beaches. Enjoy countryside walks at Castle Archdale or any of the other nearby forest parks. Enjoy a day in Enniskillen town, only 20mins drive from Currys Cottage and while you're there why not visit Enniskillen Castle. Enjoy a day boat trip on Lough Erne or do some fun water activities there, such as wind surfing, jet-skiing, & canoeing, or the what about trying the Correlea (total wipeout styled) Water Park. For a more relaxing day Hire a bike and enjoy the countryside in all its glory. Great places nice and quiet Feb scenery! Lots to do about 30minute journey from everywhere! Nice and clean and everything working weather good we would definitely go back
