Gate Lodge number 20 is located on the grounds of the iconic 5* Star Lough Erne Resort, this desirable Gate Lodge is nestled between Lower Lough Erne and Castle Hume Lough Lough, with its own character it offers something for the entire family.

IMPORTANT: Please note that holding parties is strictly forbidden. Parties are not appropriate here. The lodge sleeps 6 guests- only the number of people booked may stay in the lodge. Never NO more than 6 people. Strictly NO Hen or Stag groups.

The Lodge enjoys magnificent views overlooking the 4th Fairway of the Nick Faldo Golf course and Lower Lower Lough Erne. The renowned Faldo course was designed by 6 times major winner Sir Nick Faldo and is a top 3 course in Northern Ireland and a top 100 course in the UK and Ireland.

The Lodge has been recently bought and refurbished in a homely contemporary style. The open plan living and dining area with its warming gas log fire provide a relaxing tranquil retreat.

It has three En Suite bedrooms, fitted with power showers and the master bedroom with a luxury bath. Each room has a luxurious king-size bed, flatscreen TV, walk-in wardrobe, and ornate wallpaper.

Whether you enjoy the thrill of golf or not, you are sure to be right at home.

The two-minute walk to the hotel facilities includes Golf and the Thai Spa which includes a (pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi), a luxury destination exuding exotic allure - (for an additional cost). Due to Covid-19 there may be restrictions for using these facilities please check with the hotel themselves prior to your stay.

“Beautiful”

We booked a weekend stay for my mum's birthday, when we arrived penny had left a lovely welcoming basket and prosecco and also a lovely birthday gift and card for my mum, which was so thoughtful. No. 20 is such a beautiful house and spotlessly clean, it's decor has been well thought out and gives you such a home from home feel, there is everything u need and more, the grounds are well kept and a calming view makes its great to sit out and chill, would definitely give this house a 5 star

“This house is absolutely stunning!!”

Myself and my husband and our 2 boys stayed recently and we had a great time. The house is decorated to a very high standard with excellent attention to detail and has everything you need. 5 stars for cleanliness. From the patio you have views of the golf course and the lough and the hotel is only a few minutes walk. Penny the owner was very pleasant to deal with and left a wee welcome pack for our arrival which was a lovely gesture. We would most definitely recommend.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Penny (the owner) a message.

If Penny (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
