Description

Kittyhawk directly overlooks Nelson's Dockyard and is only a 5 minute (flat!) walk to English Harbour and Falmouth Harbour (for those that know English Harbour, we are next door to "Boom", Admiral's Inn's outpost with pool and restaurant.) The location and views really are idyllic.

There are 5 bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms with showers. All the rooms have king size four poster beds apart from bedroom 4, the downstairs house bedroom, which has 2 x double beds, dressing area and large shower room (ideal for teens).

The fifth bedroom is housed within a separate (but very much part of the property) cottage with its own sitting room/kitchen area with tv and en-suite bathroom - ideal for those who want their own space. Bedding is pure white cotton. We provide all linen including beach towels, along with (high speed!) hairdryers.

The kitchen is well equipped with a large range oven for when you don't want to barbeque - and plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses to allow you to entertain. There is a large fridge/freezer, wine fridge and dishwasher to make life easier, too - and some cook books too, in case you feel inspired! There are plenty of walk-able restaurants and bars but sometimes it's just lovely to cook at home and enjoy the view.

The large sitting room has a comfortable sofa and chairs and desk area for working - along with plenty of books, games, wifi and tv.

Outside at the front there is a very large decked area - on two levels to allow you to make the most of the view. With a barbeque, pool and plenty of sun loungers (enough for all) it provides the perfect place to entertain.

Within the decked area, but attached to the house and covered (so shady) there are two outdoor sofas and a dining table seating 10 - the perfect spot for pre-dinner drinks - all overlooking Nelson's Dockyard (if you are there for Christmas or New Year you can see the fireworks from the deck!)

We have recently added a boat dock, too, for convenience. We can happily arrange for a cook or chef - our friend Patsy can provide a "To Tired To Cook" supper for your first night - perfect for when you've just arrived.

We want you to have a fabulous time whilst you are at Kittyhawk - Island Rentals, our villa managers will look after you from start to finish. They are a family run company who know the area and island inside-out.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
