Description

Enjoy fabulous sunrises overlooking Lemon Bay via the lanai. Once finished with the morning sun, you can take a dip or swim in the heated pool or the gulf. The gulf beach is a one minute walk from the townhouse thru a designated walkway. You can also try your hand at fishing on the dock or the beach.

Later, you can head inside and enjoy your splendid sitting area in the family room. Here you can enjoy the views while using the free high speed wireless internet or watching a movie.

The condo comes complete with a master suite that includes a king bed and a large closet. The 2nd bedroom includes 2 twin beds. The 3rd bedroom has a king daybed with a half bathroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area, bringing the accommodation number to 8.

We haven't forgotten those of you who enjoy preparing your own meals for nice dinners in the condo. Enjoy the use of a fully stocked kitchen and relax eating outside in the lanai area. There is also a great outdoor grilling area with several picnic tables right next to the water.

There are several great restaurants just a few minutes walk from the condo. The White Elephant and Flounders are 2 favorites, both right on the water and very casual.

Englewood Beach is conveniently located between Sarasota and Ft. Myers. It is on gorgeous white sand beaches that are full of activities. Shelling, snorkeling, boating, beach combing and kayaking are some of the activities within minutes of your doorstep. The Cape Haze Peninsula is also home to the Tarpon and Snook capital of the world - Boca Grande - which is within a ten minute drive. There are numerous and wonderful eateries, golf courses (seven within 5 minutes) and shopping districts within walking distance or a short drive.

Central air conditioning, as well as pool services, are provided. The townhouse includes a washer and dryer. There are additional laundry facilities on property. The rental includes the use of one private boat dock.

How do damage deposits work?
