Built on the foreshore overlooking Emsworth harbour at the edge of Thorney Island, the house affords a quiet, secluded and rural position, enclosed by private grounds. Ideal for a wide range of activities such as sailing, cycling, walking, bird watching, fishing or just relaxing on the balcony it is the ideal waterside retreat. A short walk through the marina, then an amble beside the tranquil 'Mill Pond' brings you into the heart of Emsworth village where you will discover a wide range of homely pubs, restaurants and shops. Also mainline train services and south coast bus routes, are all within easy walking distance

Upon entering this quirky property you will find a staircase leading up to the living room on the left. Immediately walking in you will feel like you have come to a coastal retreat, with stylish décor throughout, and home-made designs you will soon fall in love with this homely deck house. The kitchen and living area is open plan, ideal for entertaining family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Kettle, cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, iron, ironing board, washing machine and tumble dryer.

At the other end of the deck house you will find 2 bedrooms, a double room with sliding doors leading out on to the balcony, and a twin bedroom, ideal for children. There is also a family bathroom with a walk in shower (no bath).

This is a child friendly property, it comes equipped with a stair gate, a highchair and also a child friendly protective balcony.
