Most units have in-room jacuzzi and wireless high speed Internet access. Two parking spaces per unit. Buildings 1, 3 and 5 are front peg lots, closer to the ocean. Buildings 2 and 4 are back oceanfront “peg” lots. Buildings 6, 7 and 8 are second row. No pets.

The sofa in the living area has been replaced with a large sectional, new flooring was installed throughout, new Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms, fresh paint throughout, new bar stools and chandelier over the dining table, and the bedding has been replaced and Euro pillows added. Our refurbishment team has worked with the new owners of this condo to bring it back to its Gold rating.
