Thank you for your review. I apologize that you experienced some maintenance issues while vacationing. I did check our maintenance records and see that along with the door, you reported an inoperable fan and air conditoning problem. Both the fan and the air conditioner were repaired promptly. Unfortunately, the door required a part which had to be ordered therefore it delayed this repair. Again, I apologize that you were inconvenienced with these issues. I am sorry that both your impression and long term relationship with Emerald Isle Realty were marred due to this incident. We do strive to promptly address and resolve all maintenance issues but sometimes are set back when a part has to be ordered or such. Thank you again for taking your time to provide us with feedback. I hope you'll change your mind and allow Emerald Isle Realty the opportunity to assist you when planning future vacations.
