Oceanfront Cottage, 6 BR, 7 B. K * K * Q * Q * 2S * 2S. Sand Castle Club linen service with beds made and No Worries Comforters. Maximum of 12 occupants at all times. Oceanfront 13' x 28' swimming pool ramped on shallow end with table, chairs and chaise lounges. Heated pool is available May through October for an additional $750 per week (must be ordered in advance.) Large living area has hardwood floors, 52" screen high definition plasma smart TV with premium channels via cable box, Blu-ray player, caller ID on landline, free unlimited long distance in the US, answering machine, wireless high speed Internet access, board games, puzzles and books. Gas fireplace. Well-equipped kitchen, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, Jenn-Air range and oven, washer/dryer, 5 bedroom TV's: Roku with Spectrum Cable app, ceiling fans, water softener. Upstairs entertainment area has reading nook with chaise, Roku TV, Xbox 360 (plays all DVDs) with game library. Floor plan on main level includes extra wide doors and handicapped friendly bath (not ADA approved) with roll-in shower, shower chair, handicapped toilet and bars. Additional amenities are available UPON ADVANCE REQUEST for guests with mobility needs, including Saravia telecab (small elevator to first floor) with 500 lb. capacity, roll-in shower chair, Liko all-room electric overhead hoist system in BR with Q. These handicap items MUST BE REQUESTED IN ADVANCE. Sturdy, 5' wide ramp to beach. Covered and open decks with a dozen rockers and chaise lounges. Covered upper level oceanfront decks off bedrooms have cushioned chairs and rockers. Gas grill, charcoal grill, enclosed hot/cold outside shower accessible to Tiralo beach chair. We are so glad you loved Shell Cove and it is indeed a beautiful oceanfront location in one of our quietest neighborhoods. It is a superbly equipped home for families with special needs so we are especially glad the handicap facilities worked well for your family member. The homeowner is a lovely Southern lady who truly enjoys providing old fashioned Southern hospitality to her guests including fresh flowers in every bedroom, fresh produce, a nice Whitman’s Sampler of chocolates and other gifts of appreciation. Our families have known each other on our island for over 50 years. It is her hands on approach to the TLC she provides for Shell Cove that makes this such a wonderful beach rental home. We sincerely wish more of our homeowners were able to make weekly visits between departure and arrival to ensure their homes were perfect for each arriving guest. We hope you will make plans for a return trip to Emerald Isle in the near future.
