“Perfect!!”

Reviewed 20 Apr 2016

From enquiring to booking this property Karen was so helpful and replied answering any questions I had very quickly, when booked we got all the useful information we needed through email from Karen also. We've just returned from this perfect house and we couldn't of asked for more. The house is well equipped and very clean! Tea, coffee, sugar and milk are already there for when you arrive which was a nice touch (if you need anything else but don't want to go to the harbour there is a shop across the road from Elysia park which is open late, also if you don't fancy cooking in there is a restaurant called Pambis which isn't far at all to walk to, they serve the best breakfast!) Furniture and beds are comfy and the back garden gets the sun all day which was so nice in the afternoon to sit and relax. English tv and Wifi is also available which was great and towels are provided too. We honestly couldnt fault this property in any way, me and my family all loved it and would definitely stay here in future, we are already thinking of booking again for this year! We've stayed at a few properties in the area but personally, I think this one has been the best. Thank you again Karen for being so accomodating, we should hopefully be booking again soon!

“Perfect Accomodation”

My wife, myself and our adult daughter stayed in this townhouse over the Christmas holiday. The house is immaculate and tastefully furnished. It literally has everything that one would need. The location is great. Close to Mini markets and supermarkets and restaurants. It is also quite close to the motorway system which make access to all parts of the island very easy. The small garden is an added bonus and the complex has two great swimming pools and is very well kept. Would absolutely recommend it. Karen is the perfect house and a dream to deal with. She supplied copious notes to cover everything.

“Spotlessly clean, amazing (!) pool, and shops nearby”

Reviewed 22 Oct 2015

I stayed at Elysia Park for 10 days in September and enjoyed glorious uninterrupted sunshine for the entire stay. The house has two good size bedrooms with AC (thank goodness) and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to be able to cook up a storm if the mood takes you. For enjoying a glass of wine or a beer in the evening the place is perfect with a quiet private balcony which saw some amazing sunsets over the area. The spectacular pool is only a few metres away and catches the sun from dawn until dusk. There were parasols-a-plenty to keep the full heat of the sun at bay, and so close to the accommodation that it is really easy to pop back and forth for ice cold refreshments from the fridge. ;) Paphos really does have something for everybody. We hired bikes from the little shop around the corner from and cycled along the coast. We went on a quad bike tour for a half day which is to be recommended (seeing the baby turtles hatching was a particular highlight of that adventure). And for those looking for some beach time or something a little more hedonistic, the main town with some lovely beaches is only a short walk away. Excellent holiday from start to finish and we were over the moon with Elysia Park inparticular. It was clear from looking around that it is one of the most upmarket complexes and we were both really sad when our stay came to an end. Thank you!!

“Fantastic holiday in a beautiful house”

Reviewed 20 May 2015

The house was exactly as described. It was well equipped and spotlessly clean. The small touches like tea coffee and milk being in the cupboard on our arrival was very much appreciated. The whole complex was well laid out and the swimming pool large and very quiet during our stay. There was no problem relaxing in the fantastic weather on one of the many sunbeds. We did not hire a car and walked to the promenade many times where we were spoilt by the choice of restaurants to eat in. Karen was extremely helpful and made the booking process easy. She helped us with all the queries we had and made sure we had a great time. We would certainly recommend this property and hope to return ourselves one day.

“What a amazing house”

Karen was helpful from the start, sending us a list of useful numbers was a nice touch for someone like me who doesn't like going abroad that much! We used Andy's taxis for our transfers, he also got us in contact with a local company about a hire car 25€ per day! From start to finish Karen was a amazing help very friendly and keen to help with whatever she could. I would totally recomend this house to anyone! We will defo be going back! We went to the waterpark quite a lot, was about a 5-10 minute drive, had a family pass which we brought online before we went. The kids loved the pool at the house too a stone throw away from the house it was like having our own private pool, was very quiet, No fighting for sun loungers was just great. We ate at the harbour (which was a 5 minute drive) and the old part of town ( 2minute drive) We ate out every night for around 50€ per meal which for a family of 5 we didn't think was too bad. I have told my family and friends about this house, it was just beautiful. If your looking for a chilled out time with great places to eat we would recomend here. Loved loved loved it.

What an amazing house this is we could not fault anything. The complex is spotless and the pools were fab, very quiet at times but we enjoyed having a pool to ourselves. We hired a car which was great for us as was certainly too hot to be walking far even in the evenings was very warm and humid. Would definately stay here again. We stayed at Aphrodite Hills last year in a private apartment which although was lovely we found this house was much better location wise and definately better value for money without compromising on the home luxuries that this house also had to offer.

“Great relaxing holiday, beautiful accommodation!”

Reviewed 30 Jul 2014

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for 1 week in July and it was a terrific stay. The accommodation was fantastic, very spacious and modern with everything we needed. The pool was very big and was very quiet so on more than one occasion we had it all to ourselves. The harbor was a short walk (approximately 15/20 minutes) with a great variety of restaurants and shops. There is a supermarket just behind the harbor and we found it had everything we needed - there is a mini market near to the accommodation but it is very expensive so only really good for getting the paper. As for Karen and Neil the owners, they were superb! We were provided with information sheets prior to our stay and were given a list of all relevant contacts from taxi numbers to concierge and to top it off Sheena (a local contact) was available to help when we needed. Overall we would highly recommend staying here!

“Amazing and Relaxing”

Reviewed 22 Jul 2014

My girlfriend and I spent a week at Karen's house in June 2014. The weather was fantastic and so was the house. Very modern, comfortable and has everything you need. The development itself is very clean, swimming pools are amazing with infinity pools! Plenty of sun beds too. 15 minute walk to paphos harbour with all restaurants and bars. We will definitely be booking with Karen again soon.

“The best apartment I've stayed in.”

Reviewed 6 Sep 2013

An apartment in a great location, awesome swimming pool and very high quality interior. Location Set in a great location being only a 15 min walk down to bar street and the harbour area, there are 2 mini markets a 5 minute walk down the road (turn left out the complex gates). There is a bus (number 603) that runs past the complex, in the day it stops outside the mini market at twenty to the hour and after 4pm it stops at ten past the hour. This will take you to the main bus station in the harbour which you can then get a bus to pretty much anywhere. They only do singles at €1.50 whic is the cheapest option if you are just going there and back, but if you wish to travel on numerous buses then you can get an all day pass at €5. Apartment The quality of this place is amazing. Everything you could possibly need is provided, even down to the fact it has english plug sockets. The layout is great with an open plan kitchen/dining area and lounge. The furnishing is to an excellent standard and set out very well. You have english TV and wifi which is very useful for researching places to visit. There is air con in each room but the only down side to this is that they are set to a timer so turn off every hour which is rather annoying in the night. I do believe this is a requirement though to reduce power consumption and there is also ceiling fans in the bedrooms which do help and stay on. There is a downstairs toilet and a bathroom upstairs (with an actual bath) and an en-suite is the double room. Only downside to the bedrooms is that the beds are hard and gave me a bad back. Complex The site itself is very well set out and looks awesome. Its a shame the bar, shops and spa are not completed yet but this did not really bother us but I do believe this will just make this complex out of this world. The swimming pool is awesome, pretty much every day we were the only people around it, it was like having our own private pool that is massive. The temperature of the pool is lovely, sometimes its like getting into a bath. If you do get a taxi here, a lot of them are not sure where it is as its quite new, if you tell them its in the universal area they will know where you mean. Owners/Communication From start to finish I can not fault the owners. From initial contact I phoned Karen and had a lovely conversation with her and then from there on her communication was often and in depth. Any questions I had she was happy to help and provided me with all the information I needed. She also put me in contact with a lady called Denise that provided us with an airport transfer which made our life easier and was for a very good price, cheaper than the taxis. Paphos Paphos is a lovely place to visit, if you go down bar street then just ignore this, it does look a mess and most of the bars are closedbut just head for the harbour area as this is much nicer and it has some lovely restaurants. Try The imperial for chinese, probably the best one Ive been to. Alea is great for watching the sunset and the food is lovely. A bit further a field is Fikardos which is near The avanti hotel, a lovely restaurant and they sell their own wine which is really nice so much so we brought some back with us. All in all we had a great time and I imagine once the complex is finished we will be back again.

“Excellent luxury accomodation”

Reviewed 1 Aug 2013

We were very impressed with the accommodation . High quality furnishings, everything you would need is available. Very clean, bright and airy. The pool area is beautiful and very well maintained. Comfortable sunbeds always available. There are no arranged poolside activities however this was preferred as it allowed for a quiet relaxing holiday where we made our own entertainment. A 15 minute walk and you reach the harbour area with plenty shops, restaurants and bars...particularly good food at 'Alea' ... A trendy , busy , atmospheric bar/ restaurant On the corner , on beach front next to KFC. Entertainment in many bars, tribute shows etc... Always something happening somewhere. All in all we had a lovely holiday staying in excellent accommodation and with excellent communication before, during and after our stay. Thank you Karen and Neil
