We would be delighted to welcome you to our luxurious first-floor three bedroom spacious apartment which we have owned since 2010. Once you have read our information please feel free to contact us for a quote or for further information or queries. Please like us on Facebook Elysia Park Exclusive Holiday Apartments and Instagram elysiapark_paphos. The apartment sleeps up to seven people making it an excellent choice for families, couples or groups of friends. (The 7th bed is a very comfortable chair bed located in the lounge however should you prefer the 7th guest to sleep in a bedroom an air bed is available) we also have a travel cot for babies and toddlers.
We offer a great location for families or couples who simply wish to relax around the pool or for those looking for a base to enjoy sightseeing, walking or cycling. Families with young children will love the space, security and facilities. If you want to use the gym, relax in the sauna or steam room, enjoy a session of aqua fit or Pilates these facilities are available for our guests at no additional cost. There is an on site Spa offering a range of beauty treatments payable locally. Cycles are available to hire from reception. Secure parking is available directly outside our apartment.
The apartment is furnished to a high standard, air-conditioned throughout and located on the first floor overlooking one of the large pools. A full linen package is provided including bedding & towels, we even provide beach towels and hairdryers so that our guests don’t have to incur extra luggage costs.
Elysia Park is a luxury 5* complex located in the heart of Kato Paphos and within a 20 minute flat (no hills) walk to sandy beaches and all amenities of Paphos town.
The beautiful complex is furnished to luxury standards and provides spectacular pools set within beautiful landscaped gardens. There is a separate swimming pool for children and a shaded playground. Pool facilities include showers, toilets, parasols and sun loungers and lifeguards are on duty during pool times
The apartment is extremely spacious and is great for couples or families with children of all ages. We provide a selection of pool toys, indoor games and a Nintendo Wii all will hopefully contribute to a wonderful holiday
Travel cot, toddler seat, high chair and microwave all ensure parents can travel lightly.
Previous guests have used the apartment as a great central location to visit many of the sites of Cyprus others have used it as a relaxing base to simply sit by the pool and enjoy the tranqulity. For families with young children evenings can be spent with a glass of wine on the balcony whilst children are safely tucked up in bed.

For a Spring or Winter break, visit the Troodos National Forest Park. It is an area of natural beauty with a range of activities available including: Winter skiing,walking,cycling or why not visit the Wine Routes where visitors can follow routes driving through beautiful landscapes with wineries and traditional tavernas on the way.

Low season (January to May and October to December) £75 per night
Mid season (June and September) £95 per night
High season (July & August) 110 per night
Guests pay a booking fee between 8-16% to HL / Trip advisor
A non refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is required to secure a booking. The balance is payable to holiday lettings 6 weeks in advance of your holiday. We request a refundable security deposit (loss of keys, breakages and damage to the apartment) 6 weeks in advance of your holiday along with a cleaning & laundry fee of £60. For direct bookings there is no additional fee for cleaning. The security deposit will be refunded on return of the keys subject to no breakages, loss of keys or damage to the property.
Cleaning is available at any time during your stay, payable locally. For the comfort of all our guests the apartment is non smoking throughout. Vacating- We ask you to vacate the property by 12 midday. In the event of no follow on bookings, then a later vacation can be arranged. Bookings- We will reserve a provisional booking at no cost for 3 days to provide the opportunity for you to secure your flights and for your deposit to reach us.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and consists of: Open plan and spacious Lounge/ Dining area. Lounge with Two leather sofas, flat screen TV, catch up TV, DVD player selection of DVDs Radio, CD player. Patio doors leading to beautiful balcony overlooking the pool, furnished with outdoor sofas & lots of cushions. This is our favourite place to relax and is a real sun trap. Dining area with table and seating for six people, patio doors leading to 2nd balcony and small eating area.Kitchen- Fitted with granite work surfaces and equipped with oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, diswasher, toaster, slow cooker, kettle, iron and ironing board. Bedrooms- Master bedroom – King size bed, bedside drawers and lots of wardrobe space. Safe provided for additional security. En-suite fully tiled bathroom with bath and power shower. Bedroom 2 – king side bed, bedside drawers and lots of wardrobe space. Bedroom 3 – twin beds, bedside drawers and lots of wardrobe space. All bedrooms are fitted with remote/ timer controlled air con units and ceiling fans therefore ensuring a comfortable temperature. Fresh mattress and pillow protectors ensure comfort and hygiene for all our guests. Fully tiled family bathroom- Bath and power shower. Other Features •Both Balconies overlook the pool and are furnished with outdoor tables and chairs. Poolside storage area with selection of pool toys, buckets and spades etc. available. Full linen package provided including bedding, towels, beach towels saving your valuable weight allowances for your personal items. Large selection of books. Security doors on each apartment block. Breakfast options include hot breakfast items, fresh pastries, a selection yoghurts and conserves as well as fresh breads, juices and coffee and can be booked at resort. Prices - 9 Euro per adult, children 5.50, under 6 years can enjoy breakfast free of charge

We have just returned from 10 days at Elysia Park. The accommodation is wonderful and the facilities are excellent. The apartment has everything you would need. Julie is amazing and everything was so easy, from booking to getting information on taxis and other local services. I did hire a car, mainly as it was so hot, which meant getting around was difficult in the heat. Cyprus has a heat wave whilst we were there. The pools are fabulous and facilities in the complex are great. The new gym and indoor pool are lovely. I would highly recommend the apartment and can’t wait to go again.

We stayed for a week at this apartment in February. We had a lovely weeks holiday here, the apartment is fabulous with everything that you could need for the holiday. It is spacious, spotlessly clean and every amenity available for a comfortable holiday. The apartment is located in a very central place, close to shops, the sea front and easy to get to the airport and road and motorway connections. The booking process was very easy and Julie was so helpful with every step of the way in securing the booking. We liked the idea of booking directly through her as opposed to booking through an agent as we felt we got the personal touch and she was very quick and informative when responding to emails. We will definitely book the apartment again and would recommend to anyone for peace of mind.

“Great stay at Elysia Park”
Great accommodation, plenty of room and well equipped. Good communication with Julie throughout booking. Plenty of info about area. We used Andy for taxis which were recommended and were always on time, polite and always offered water and other drinks. We found books on Pathos in the book cupboard which were useful and a good touch. Would recommend apartment 101. The pool was great and normally quiet and very enjoyable to use which we did everyday. Short walk into Pathos. Had everything we needed in the apartment for an enjoyable holiday.

Lovely spacious apartment with lots of home from home comforts, there was lots of extra touches that our children loved! such as the good variety of games in the apartment and all the great water toys, they enjoyed choosing different ones each day, the kitchen equipment was great had everything anyone could need and the beach towels included was a nice touch saved us having to bring lots of beach towels with us. julie was easily contactable and helped to solve any issues that arose during our stay, sorting things out quickly and easily thank you x

Arrived in Paphos and was picked up by Andy (taxi driver) was such a lovely man got to the apparetment and I can only say the pictures do not do it justic, it's beautiful and well kept, the pools are amazing and thank god for aircon, will definitely be staying again when the spa and gym are complete Thank you so much for a wonderful place to stay and make memory's with my friends

“Spacious, clean and well-equipped apartment.”
We have just returned from a one week stay in this spacious, clean and well-equipped apartment. The communication from the owners was excellent, giving lots of useful information for our stay. Sheena, the local contact, was very helpful when we had a problem with the water heating and got it sorted promptly for us. The apartment is on an attractive complex, with a large swimming pool area and plenty of car parking space. It is a 10/15 minute walk from the harbour area, numerous restaurants and places of historical interest. With perfect weather too, we would have been very happy to stay longer!

“Clean / spacious / well equipped apartment”
my family and I recently returned from our stay at Elysia Park - apartment 101. It is spacious, clean and well equipped with everything you may need for a home from home holiday. We used the apartment to full capacity and it was big enough to accommodate 6 adults without issues of being too small or cramped with 2 bathrooms, perfect. The pool was large and not overcrowded. Also, Local housekeeper on hand if you have any issues or need anything. Had a fabulous 2 weeks. Would recommend.
