Stunning sea and garden views from all the rooms in this first line beach apartment in lovely Elviria.

This apartment is on the 3rd floor (segunda planta) of the best building of the prestigious Hacienda Playa urbanizacion.

Super easy vacation with every ammenity. Next to the popular Mariott Marbella beach resort, and the luxury Don Carlos Leisure resort with it's beautiful spa and watersports on the beach.

The large south facing terrace with fantastic sea views offers outdoor living all year round. Gorgeous sunset views over Gibraltar and Morocco every night.

You will enjoy a large free parking space right in front of the lift. Also huge 200 m2 swimming pool for only 26 apartment owners - never fear you will always get a sunbed and probably be alone by the pool frequently even in summer!

Three lovely generous bedrooms each with sea view. Two share a bathroom with bathtub and shower. The third has a huge en-suite shower room.

Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Wifi. Smart TV with Netflix and other apps.

Great family oriented neighborhood, supermarket 100 m from your doorstep (open most of the year), many restaurants walking distance or short drive. The center of Marbella is 12 km away, 10 minutes by car.

This apartment would be big enough for 8 or 10 people according to many people's standards but we only accept maximum 6 person occupancy including babies and children no exceptions please.

Strict community rules this is a small residential community occupants must show understanding of community rules and respect the neighbors. In particular

- no noise, parties, music, guests in the apartment or the pool

- no hanging towels on the balconies (use the clothing dryer provided)

- no reserving sun chairs at the pool- nobody does this and there are always sun chairs available - take your towel with when you go to lunch

- no leaving trash, toys, personal objects in the common passageways

- no parking in other peoples parking spaces you have a double space just in front of the lift
