A charming, well-appointed 1 bedroom apartment is situated in Los Lagos de Santa Maria Golf, set in the beautiful surroundings of Elviria, in the heart of this prestigious Golf area. The complex offers grassy communal areas and 4 swimming pools with the larger of the pools offering sun loungers.
Long winter lets considered and welcome packs available.
The stylish and spacious accommodation consists of a large lounge/diner furnished with leather sofa bed, dining table and seating for 4 and TV. This apartment offers vented A/C and heating throughout and WiFi. From the lounge you have access to the south-west facing terrace equipped with dining facilities for 4 to soak up the sun whilst enjoying the uninterrupted views over the golf course and down towards the Mediterranean sea. The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and benefits from having access onto the terrace. There is a full bathroom with shower unit over the bath.
Elviria, situated between Marbella and Calahonda, is an excellent location for an “away from it all” holiday and a firm favourite with many holidaymakers. It is close enough to fashionable bars and restaurants to dip into some partying and nightlife or just sit back and enjoy some people watching. The famous Marbella Nikki Beach is in fact located in beachside Elviria, next to the 5-Star hotel Don Carlos, both of which offer a “Marbella” experience with fine dining, bars and a luxury holiday ambience.
If a more relaxed holiday is what you are looking for, Elvira extends both inland and beachside, offering many different activities and entertainment for the whole family. On water, the Aqua Arena water park takes residence during the summer months with slides, rides and great activity for all. On land the Aventura Amazonia offers tree-top walks and zip lines to excite and exhilarate.
The beaches are sandy and dotted with sun beds and beach restaurants to wander to and enjoy a Mediterranean lunch or dinner. Head inland and there are quality golf courses, padel courts, and the Santa Maria Golf and Country Club offers not only golf but padel tennis courts and lawn bowls. Further inland takes you to the La Mairena area where you can enjoy wonderful walking opportunities in the beautiful hillsides and forest areas.
The tree-lined streets are pretty and inviting to just walk around and explore. The main road that divides Elvira into beachside and inland has a bridge that gives easy access to both sides. The inland side offers a small commercial centre with a large supermarket, bars, restaurants, shops and salons, while beachside offers more restaurants and bars and of course, the beautiful beaches.
Located just a 10 minute drive from Marbella town, you can take time out from relaxing and shop, dine and stroll through the famous streets and parks to add to your holiday experience.
