Located in one of Marbella most exclusive villa areas, 20-minute walking distance and a 5-minute drive to the best Marbella beach and Nikki Beach.Surrounded by three golf courses and convenient commercial facilities

The villa is minimalist style carefully decorated.The living room has hight ceilings and a fire place.

The kitchen is fully equipped .

The four bedrooms for eight persons are equipped with ceiling fans or A/C ,

two with a bathroom en suite.There is an extra bathroom and a guest's toilet.

The master bedroom,the TV corner and two terraces /solarium are located in the upper floor with astonishing views

The garage is suitable for three cars and there are extra places in an open air space.

The garden is equipped with an automatic irrigation system

The villa is also equipped with a peripheral alarm

Free access to covered terrace and garden, private pool and underground parking. Includes 1 500 sqm garden and pool maintenance services. Internal and external security system

La casa esta cuidadosamente decorada con un estilo minimalista y tiene un salon con techos altos, espacioso con chimenea y una cocina totalmente equipada..

Hay cuatro dormitorios dotados con ventiladores de techo o aire acondicionado con capacidad para 8 personas.dos de ellos tienen un baño en suite .Ademas hay otro baño completo y un aseo para invitados.

En la planta superior hay una galería con un espacio para la TV y dos terrazas solarium con vistas panorámicas

Existe un garaje con espacio para tres coches grandes y sitio también en el exterior.

El jardín tiene riego automático y alarma integral conectada a una central.

La reserva minima será de 5 noches y el huesped se compromete a dejar libre acceso a la propiedad del personal de limpieza, jardinería y mantenimiento de piscina.

El servicio de limpieza semanal no esta comprendido en el precio

Los fumadores educados son bienvenidos siempre que fumen en el jardin.

How do damage deposits work?
