Luxury 3 bedrooms apartment with sea-views located in popular ´´Lomas de los Monteros´´ calm and beautiful development located in one of the most luxuries areas of Marbella. The apartment offers 3 bedrooms which can comfortably sleep six people, 2 of which is a double room and the third rooms are twin. There is also a bathroom in suite to the master and a separate family bathroom. There is a contemporary, spacious open plan living/dining area with table seating for either and lounge seating for eight. There is also a flat screen TV DVD player, FREE WIFI access and a Smart Sound-Bar.

The kitchen is well appointed and also includes a fridge/freezer, washer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, full set of plates, cutlery, glasses, pots, etc .

Other features of the apartment include an integrated vacuum hoover system, full air-conditioning and secure alarm system.
