All of the sun loungers in the development are completely free of charge and there are toilets and changing rooms scattered around the gardens. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with all that you need (including dishwasher) and there is a utility room where you can store golf clubs etc... with a washing machine and airer should you need it.A car is a necessity when staying at this apartment as the beaches, shops and restaurants are a very steep hilly 30 minute walk each way whereas in a car they are just 5 minutes away. There is underground secure parking and the apartment has an extremely large parking space allocated to it. There are lifts from the garage to the apartment as although the apartment is ground floor, it is in the most elevated position on the complex which enables it to have such spectacular panoramic views of the ocean from the lounge, balcony and main bedroom.The apartment is very spacious and comfortable being open plan, light and airy and furnished in a contemporary style . The 2 bedrooms are spacious and have built in wardrobes and each has its own bathroom.

Elviria

Elviria is known as 'The Mayfair of Marbella' as not only it is well located for the best beaches and the hippest night life, but the area is so well looked after, the public areas look like manicured gardens.Elviria centre has 2 supermarkets, a number of banks and shops and a large amount of bars and restaurants. During the day it is well worth going to one of the tapas bars in Elviria square to watch the world go by.Trendy Nikki beach (made famous by the programme The Only Way is Essex) is in the heart of Elviria and is a fabulous venue during the day or at night. Andys beach is a great place for entertainment as it has a wealth of water sports, and Cabopino harbour and port are beautiful and vibrant places also. all of these have great spots for eating and drinking during the day and night.As well as these phenomenal beaches, if you look a little harder along Elvirias coastline, you will be able to find stretches of uninhabited white sandy beaches which are a pleasure to come across if you fancy a little alone time.Marbella's Golden Mile with it's wonderful beaches, shopping facilities, nightlife and age old squares is less than 10 minutes from Elviria and the infamous millionaires playground - Puerto Banus with it's fabulous port harbouring yachts the size of apartment buildings, has a great number of bars, clubs, restaurants and shops and is fabulously entertaining during the day as well as night.There are a great many beautiful beaches along the coast stretching from Malaga to Tariffa (where you can take a day trip to Morocco) and there are some beautiful villages in land too. One thing about the area that you will soon find is that you will never be stuck for anything to do.
