This fantastic apartment with sea views is located within the highly sought after development of Hacienda Playa, Marbella.The property is on the first floor and it is tastefully decorated. There are 2 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms plus guest toilet and located very close to the beach in Elviria. The main terrace has glass curtains that can be kept open during the summer or closed for the cooler months.

It is just a 2 minute walk to the beach and walking distance to amenities, restaurants and transport. Comes with SKY free to view package, A/C hot and cold and underground parking with lift. The lounge/dining and both bedrooms lead out on to a large south facing terrace with excellent sea views and overlooking one of the pool areas. Fantastic location and ideal for holidays!

As you enter the property you walk into the spacious dining and lounge area that leads out onto a spacious covered terrace that has glass curtains. The lounge is nicely furnished and comes with free to view channels plus a D.V.D player.From the terrace you over look one of the swimming pools and you have sea views. On the terrace there is another lounge area and eating area with a BBQ.The kitchen is equipped and you also have a utility room.The twin bedroom is en-suite with a bath and a separate shower and leads out on to the big terrace. The bedroom has fitted cupboards.The Master bedroom is also en-suite and has two terraces that have been glassed in. There are fitted cupboards, a safe, a small wall mounted flat screen television, A/C hot and cold and there is a sofa bed in the terrace area that can be used for children as there are shutters (automatic) on the outside of the glass curtains.You also have a guest toilet near to the front door.The property has beige marble, underground parking, A/C hot and cold throughout, a safe and WIFI installed.Check in time is 4pm and Check out time is 10am, where possible we will try and accommodate earlier check in times and later check out times, however this cannot be guaranteed.Rates are inclusive of bed linen and towels (including beach towels).The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, glasses, crockery and cookware.For an extra charge, maid service can be provided to suit you either daily or weekly etc..
