A luxury two bedroom apartment situated on the 1st floor within the secure gated complex of Los Patios de Santa Maria Golf. It’s in a peaceful location, yet sufficiently close to the centre of Marbella to allow convenient access to the many attractions of the Costa del Sol, including numerous golf courses, restaurants/bars and world class beaches.

The apartment is 45 mins drive from Malaga Airport and 15 mins from Marbella Old Town. However for those without a car, there's still plenty to do in the local area. Elviria Centre is an easy 10 mins walk away, where you’ll find numerous restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops and banks. There's also a regular bus service to Fuengirola and Marbella.

For the young at heart, the Amazonia adventure park with 20 zip-lines is only 5 mins walk away, and the soft sandy beaches for which Elviria is renowned, are a 20 minute walk away along tree lined avenues. You can also drive to the beach in 5 minutes, where there is free car parking and restaurants nearby.

This spacious dual balcony apartment is beautifully furnished, and overlooks the main pool area that's surrounded by manicured and maintained gardens. There's also a second pool and children’s paddling pool that's open during the peak season with a lifeguard present.

The large double aspect open plan living and dining area sets this apartment apart from the rest - it features 2 large comfortable sofas and a 50'' wall mounted TV (with the main terrestrial UK channels) and a DVD player (with a selection of DVDs for your enjoyment). There are two terraces, the larger being ideal for relaxing and outdoor dining.

The apartment comprises of a master twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a second twin bedroom with a separate bathroom, featuring a large shower cubicle.

There's a fully equipped kitchen fitted with modern appliances (including oven / hob; dishwasher; fridge/freezer; washing machine; microwave; kettle; coffee maker and toaster), and an additional utility room, that's ideal for storing golf clubs, luggage and baby equipment.

There’s programmable air-conditioning & heating throughout, and free WiFi / internet access.

A free secure parking bay is located beneath the Santa Maria complex – however, there’s usually plenty of free on-street parking directly outside.

The prestigious Santa Maria Golf & Country Club, with its award winning 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, restaurant and bar is a stone's throw away.

The apartment is fully managed by a local agent who will arrange for key handover on your arrival / departure, and will be available to help if you require any assistance during your stay.

Please note that arrival check-in / registration is after 16:00 hrs and check-out is before 10:00 hrs. The apartment is non-smoking and no pets are allowed.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Janet (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
