Description

This beautiful villa is located in the quite neighbourhood of Elvira/Marbesa only about 100m from the beach and within a minute's walk of several restaurants. It sleeps 8-9 in a total of 4 bedrooms: 3 Double bedrooms (2 en-suite), 1 with twin bunks. Master double is huge and on its own floor; it has a large ensuite shower and its own private balcony. One double has the twin bunk room adjoining and is opposite the large family bathroom. A further double has en-suite shower. There is a large bright lounge dining room (with a real fire!) with a separate kitchen.

The villa is ideal for a large family or two families sharing, being in a lovely secluded location within a well-kept walled garden, but gets the sun all day long. There is a large patio next to the heated private pool, and there is a covered area with pool and table tennis tables near to the outdoor barbeque. There is a supermarket nearby but it's also only half a mile to the N340 and close to the E15.

Elviria is a community located about 15 minutes east of Marbella's city centre. It is well equipped with services, amenities and entertainment facilities.

Also conveniently located are the Santa María and Santa Clara golf courses with their respective clubs; two more courses - Golf Club Marbella and Golf Rio Real - are only a short drive away. The El Casco Tennis club is another attraction at Elviria, offering quality facilities.

Cabopino port offers nearby moorage to Elviria residents with Málaga's international airport only 50 kilometres away.

The area's five star luxury Don Carlos Hotel is a located near our Villa.

There are many golf courses within a short drive of Elviria. The possibilities for golf on the Costa del Sol are endless.

Further details

A 15% deposit is required to secure your booking. This is non-refundable should you decide to cancel. The balance of the rental is payable 4 weeks prior to your holiday start date. We also require a damage deposit of 800 Euros. Assuming no damages this will be refunded in full within 1 week of departure. We will send you invoices in Euros from our PayPal account, so you can pay using a PayPal account or using a credit or debit card.

The swimming cost extra 150 Euro per week but cn be negotiable, especially if you staying for more then 7 days. Please phone or email to find out more.

Further details indoors

The property is very child friendly and the grounds are completely self contained. The house is ideal for a family or group of families and friends wishing to share. There are air-conditioning units in the lounge, kitchen and all bedrooms. Three bedrooms have double beds. One bedroom has 2 single bunk beds. All bedrooms have tiled flooring. Wardrobes with ample storage are provided to all but the twin bedroom.

Further details outdoors

There are ample loungers, recliners and parasols on the balcony and patio. The villa boasts approximately 90m2 of terrace and balcony. Exotic palm trees and plants adorn the secure gardens. There is plenty of external lighting on the terrace & balcony. Pool heating: heating is available for the pool at extra cost. You will only possibly need this in Dec/Jan/Feb. Please email for advice - the heating can be on ready for your arrival.

The Costa del Sol region

The villa is to the East of Marbella: Fuengirola is 15km and Marbella is 6km away in either direction, whilst Elvira and Calahonda are within a few minutes drive.

The shopping malls at La Canada & Miramar are about 15 mins drive away.

Elviria

Marbessa beach is only one hundred metres away and There are numerous restaurants and bars where you'll have a great welcome within easy walking distance, along with a supermarket.

The restaurants and bars have their own carparks and they are not noisy: it's not a town!

The Elvira shopping centre is a couple of minutes by car, and there are more restaurants there.

“Fantastic villa in a great location”

Was a bit worried about this let because of a previous review. She couldn't have got it more wrong. The owner was fantastic from the start, the place was spotless, the location great, easy to find, easy to get back to. Loved the private upstairs suite with balcony... Nothing to find fault with. Will be back... Probably for years to come.
