As is is an end apartment there is a lot of natural light. The utility room has a washing machine, a dryer and trouser press. Ideal location for renting as is walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, banks, the beach and public transport.

We also provide a meet and greet service as standard where a member of staff will take you to the property to ensure you know exactly where you are going.

This meet and greet service is free of charge between 9am and 9pm, then €25 up to 11pm and €50 thereafter.

Los Jardines de Santa Maria Golf is an ideal place to spend a holiday. There are various pool areas and one specifically for children as it is all shallow. This end apartment is very light and private. It is close to a pool area but over looks trees and green area. Only a short (flat) walk to the local restaurants, bars, supermarkets, banks local transport and the lovely sandy beaches. The complex is gated with security and there are four different swimming pools to enjoy.

The two twin rooms share a bathroom that has a shower. The Master bedroom is en-suite (bath with shower) and leads out on to the large terrace.
