A very spacious lounge with a double sofabed making it ideal for up to four adults or a family of six. The spacious living area comprises of an indoor eating area two large sofas, flatscreen tv, and dvd. This area opens out onto the large patio terrace with a large sofa and two lounge chairs, a lawned garden overlooking the pool and long range views. The kitchen is fully equipped complete with granite worktops.

The extensive beach at Elviria accomodates several beach bars and restaurants along with the famous Don Carlos hotel and the exclusive Nikki beach club.
Just 10 minutes drive away is Fasionable Marbella Town know for its cosmopoliton shopping but, also it's charming old town, cobbled streets and fine promanade.
5 minutes drive to the East is the port Cabopino with its fine beach and range of supurbe restaurants.

“Superb location and views, clean and well furnished apartmentment on a very well kept complex”

Hire car is recommended due to its location. The clubhouse on site provides great service, good food and drink at very reasonable prices. The resident communal pool is very clean and set in immaculate grounds. Elviria beach is approximately 10 minutes drive away. Would recommend this location for a relaxing stay the with option to explore along the coast.
