Secluded private 3 bedroom villa with stunning views located in an olive grove on the hillside above the charming fishing town of Elounda. The house is architect designed to maximise the magnificent the 180 degree sea views, which can be enjoyed from all bedrooms and downstairs windows. The villa has an open plan downstairs with a large kitchen leading on to a dining area and comfortable sitting room. There are two double bedrooms with balconies and a twin bedroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning with the downstairs designed for open and outside living. The house enjoys extensive outdoor areas for sun and shade, including a barbeque terrace, a second, separate dining area and an infinity pool terrace. It is also geared for modern living with wifi satellite broadband and television. Mobile signal is good, should you need to keep in touch with home or office. The villa is well equipped and caters for all ages with cots, high chairs and stair gates. The swimming pool terrace is gated and can be closed for safety with small children. The pool is heated when necessary. The villa is at the end of an unmade and no through road so it is quiet and peaceful. Linen, towels and cleaning twice a week are included.

If Mary (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
