Elounda Panorama villa is a very exclusive, newly built property, offering exceptional accommodation over two levels located on the slopes of the hills of Elounda, the most exclusive and unspoilt part of Crete. Sleeping up to 10, with four en-suite bedrooms, a dining -sitting area with fireplace and an excellently appointed kitchen with all modern facilities, which extends onto a sun terrace with pergola, large outdoor dining area with a BBQ and a large infinity swimming pool with stunning panoramic views over the village of Elounda, the sea, the Island of Spinalonga and the distant mountains.
The guests can use the Game room which includes home cinema, pool table and gym.
This magnificent first time rent villa has been built with the utmost attention to detail and is located 300m from the sea in the cosmopolitan village and resort of Elounda, 10km from picturesque Aghios Nikolaos, Eastern Crete and 75 km from the International airport in Heraklion.
The garden is carefully designed, mostly based in the front part of the house, with a play ground, a Mediterranean garden with herbs and beautiful areas with local trees, offering the opportunity to relax, and enjoy the peace and tranquillity.
Other features include air- condition in all rooms, utility room with washing machine, electric shutters, alarm, satellite TV, DVD, amplifier-tuner CD player, Wi-Fi internet, telephone and safety deposit box.
