A tall (four storey!) village house suitable for families or a group of friends can sleep 6 people comfortably.

The house contains a newly fitted kitchen and shower room. This house will suit a beach holiday, has easy access to Aqualand and other holiday attractions but also provides a good base for exploring the overall Languedoc region.

This property is a charming, traditional Maison de Village with stunning views from the private roof terrace.

The house contains 3 bedrooms and a fold out sofa.
The recently converted 'cave'/ lower ground is designed as a relaxing snug with a selection of dvds provided.
In addition there is a seating area off the kitchen/dining area.

The roof terrace, with a view of the local Cathedral and a panoramic coastline view can seat 6 people for dining (with an electric grill provided).

Free car parking is located just around the corner

The Occitanie region

Lovely climate during the summer months between May and October with temperaures varying from mid twenties to thirties. In winter months easy access is available to the Pyrenees ski resorts.

Many historical places of interest are located in the region. Elne is within easy reach of Collioure, loved by artists, Argeles holiday resort, St Cyprien and mountain villages. Beautiful winemaking territory, good walking and cycling area plus child entertainment (eg. Aqualand and other resort facilities are close by).

Elne

Located in Elne, once the historical capital of the region (replaced by Perpignan), in the old town there are lovely evening strolls, a choice of bakeries and a local market held every second day (large Friday market)
Large enough to provide shopping amenities, there is also a choice of good restaurants and a few local bars/cafes.
