Convenient to skiing areas and state parks, this is the perfect vacation home for your family reunion or family getaway. Up to 14 guests can spend days skiing in the winter and lounging by the Allegheny River in the summer before returning to grill a tasty barbecue dinner. The home is located on a 10-acre lot, perfect for hosting family events with your loved ones!

If mountain biking is your hobby, you can traverse the numerous public trails that surround the property. There are a few local shops around town that rent mountain bikes for affordable daily rates.

Pack a picnic and head down the road to the Kinzua Dam at the Allegany River for a day of aquatic adventures. Rent a pontoon boat, try your hand at sailing, or reel in some fish to cook up for dinner! For those who prefer chlorine, there's a local pool nearby that guests can access for $8 per day.
