Description

St Clair is a tall 4 bedroom house halfway along Earlsferry High street less than a minute from the beach. The house benefits from a front and accessible back garden which are private and secure, and provide ideal storage for bikes. The back garden is decked with gas BBQ and is a real suntrap!

The ground floor comprises hall with useful storage, Lounge with TV and bluray DVD and gas fire. The large modern kitchen has a sofa , TV and a dining table that seats 8. The kitchen opens on to the decked back garden.

Upstairs on the first floor is the double bedroom with shower ensuite and the family bathroom.

Up another flight of stairs is a further 3 bedrooms. One larger twin, one smaller twin and a bunk bed room which is ideal for children. From two bedrooms you can see over the rooftops to the beach and the Watersport area. Ideal to check if the tide is in or out!

We provide bedding and towels and allow dogs out with the high season at £25 per dog. (Not

Elie and the adjoining Earlsferry are fabulous places to take a holiday. In the summer the area is vibrant with water sports, tennis and golf available and the long sandy beaches can accommodate many beach activities. In the quieter months the beach is the ideal place for a quiet stroll with amazing views.

We will not allow hen or stag parties unless they are declared beforehand. Rentals over the summer are 7 day minimum. Easter & October holidays 5 night minimum. Christmas and New Year 1 week minimum.
