Inside the house:

There is a spacious living-dining area and a well equiped kitchen next door. The living area has a TV, games and a coal fire. Opposite the kitchen is a bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs there is a family bathroom with a bath and three bedrooms, single, double and twin. It sleeps 5 however there is an extra mattress. From inside the house you can see beautiful views of the golf course. Wi-Fi is newly fitted to the house and works very quickly.

Outside:

There is a small private grass garden and a patio with a BBQ, a table and chairs for sitting out in the sun looking out over the sea. There is also use of a garage just 20m away for storing bikes etc.

It is a 30 second walk to the lovely sandy beach of Elie. The local sports club, which offers golf, tennis, putting and bowling, is a 10 minute walk away. In Elie there are 2 golf courses, a driving range, a putting green, 5 tennis courts, 4 mini tennis courts, a practice wall and a bowling

The harbour is at the other end of the bay but when it is low-tide it is a lovely walk along the beach. The main watersports centre in Elie provides a huge range of exciting activities for everyone. It is an easy cycle or walk to Elie's main shops, bakery, deli, pharmacy, newsagent and gift shops. We recommend the bakery and deli for some tasty treats whilst relaxing on your holiday.

Advice about walks, cycle rides, watersports can be given.

We are happy for you to bring your dog to Elie as it is a fab place for walks, but we would ask for you to keep dogs downstairs.

Once you get to the house a car is not required during you stay but is advised for travel to Elie. There is a bus service which is right outside the house.

“Magical East Neuk”

The 2 of us plus dog spent 4 fantastic nights in Elie in June 2016 and stayed in the excellent Glovers Wynd. The accommodation was everything we could need andt is a stones throw from the fantastic Elie/Ealsferry sands. The house was clean and comfortable and Susie, the owner, could not have been more helpful and flexible. We would definitely recommend Glovers Wynd and will definitely be returning soon! Thanks Susie
