Our Woodland shepherd hut is set in a sunny glade with mature oak trees. During the spring, Anemones, orchids, primroses, bluebells carpet the woodland floor. The woodland hut sleeps 2 adults and 2 young children. Children are charged £5 each per stay. The hut is heated by a wood burner, has hot running water and an ensuite with shower and composting toilet. For cooking there is the gas hob, an oven with grill and a fridge. The hut runs from 12v solar power. There are 12v sockets for chargers.

Our shepherd huts have been beautifully built by The Shepherds Hut Company in Devon. They have hand built bespoke kitchenettes, composting toilet and good size shower. Hot water, hob and oven run by gas. LED lights and fridge run by solar power. There is a cosy wood burner to keep you warm. All wood supplied.

Our huts are aimed at people who want a wild tranquil escape. They are 1/2km away from the nearest road and dwelling.

Relax and enjoy the calmness of this ancient woodland with bird song such as the wren. At night you may even see and hear many night time creatures.

Please be aware that there is a 100m steep hill from carpark to hut.

Doggies (max 2) are very welcome and will enjoy the fabulous walkies here. £20 fee for 1 dog and £25 for two. This will need to be paid to me directly into my bank account before arrival.

Dog rules - no dogs on the beds. Bring dog towels to wipe down dog to prevent shaking dirt everywhere, dog poo bags. No dogs under a year old.
