Our modern yet comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bathroom detached villa is ideal for families with young children or for a group of golfers wishing to play the challenging El Valle Polaris World golf course.

A terraced patio with a built in BBQ area, plus a private swimming pool, is everything that a family needs to have an enjoyable and fun-filled holiday. The villa's position means that you will enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine from 9 am to 5.30 pm every day. It is located only 60mtrs from the golf club, the grocery store, clubhouse and the gym.

The 360 degree terrace means that there is ample room for those who worship the sun with 4 sun loungers at your disposal or for those of us who prefer to relax in the shade we have a chill-out area under the gazebo.

There is free WiFi which comes with a security password which will be given to you on your arrival at the villa. The clubhouse also provides free WiFi.

The resort provides an excellent restaurant which caters for both post-golf bar meals or a more substantial evening menu. There is 24hr security with a gated & patrolled entrance/site.

Bedroom 1 - Master Bedroom with en Suite. (Jacuzzi bath,shower, twin sinks, WC & Bidet)

Large super-king sized bed, French doors to terrace and pool area. (Ample room for cot).

Bedroom 2 - Double bed & built in wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 - Twin Beds & built-in wardrobes.

As well as the En Suite bathroom there is also a large shower room with shower, WC and Bidet.

Spacious lounge with wood burning fireplace for the Winter evenings.

Full entertainment system with LCD 42" flatscreen TV +DVD/CD player.

Baby High Chair

There is an outside utility area (housing the washing machine).

Additonal items:

Travel Cot & High Chair.

Various DVDs and books for all tastes.

The villa is all on one level making it accessible to everyone (children, Elderly and disabled).

Further details and points to note:

Reservation Fee of 25% is payable immediately to secure your booking.

Balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.

A damage deposit of £250 is also due 8 weeks in advance but will be refunded approx 7-10 days after your vacation of the villa.

There is a €110 cleaning charge payable on departure.

Cleaning of the BBQ is the responsibility of the renter. If the BBQ has not been cleaned prior to departure there will be a charge of £30.

We can also arrange the following:

Meet and Greet service (from San Javier Airport) which can include transport to the villa (price on request).

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    If Thomas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
