Description

This Luxury 5* Villa is set on a quiet area of the El Valle Resort with it's South-facing private garden, own pool, large lawn and patios in a delightfully comfortable holiday spot.

The villa is built in a traditional Moorish design, with high vaulted ceilings. This Lovely Modern Villa is very bright and airy with all the 'mod-cons' allowing your to enjoy your holiday to the full.

Free Wi-Fi access and i-pod docking station.

As guests of Casa de Mendes you are entitled to play golf on all the Polaris World courses. The El Valle Course is a short walk from the villa but other local world class golf courses can be booked via the golf shop.

To ensure your stay is comfortable we have installed Air Conditioning throughout the villa with Central Heating for the cooler months.

“Highly recommended, relaxing and extremely comfortable”

Located about 20 mins from Murcia in a very well maintained relaxed Golf course. The villa is beautifully maintained and extremely comfortable with everything you need both inside and out. Very clean, modern and private. We loved the pool area and especially the relaxing outdoor sofa area where we spent most evenings. Indoors, the bedrooms were very comfortable, the living area sofa's perfect for relaxing and the kitchen was well appointed. Booking was easy and directions/arrangements were very clear, if there were any problems we had a someone over the road on hand to help, so we were certainly well looked after. Would I stay here again...absolutely, hope to stay again soon.

This was our first time at the Mendes Villa but have had several holidays at Casa de Mendes townhouse @ La Torre and boy did we enjoy. Four adults and two teenagers thoroughly enjoyed this spacious well equipped fully air conditioned villa for our two week holiday. The volley ball pool net was a total hit so hopefully this bonus facility will be respected by future clients.We didn't need for anything during our stay,a plentiful supply of books,dvds and board games are also supplied if required.I don't want to give it too many more positives just in case I can't get booked the next time we want to visit!

We had a great time staying at the villa this summer. Clean rooms, Good location and a lovely outdoor area with a pool, bbq and dining table. Children and adults all had a lovely time. Would highly recommend!

“Quiet & Relaxing”

Very clean & quiet location on El Valle Golf resort. Very pretty white washed villas on an excellent golf course. The clubhouse is great with a lovely patio and excellent bar and food, there is also a supermarket on site. Mendes villa is of a good size in a great location close to the entrance to the resort. The villa is very clean, with excellent facilities such as a fantastic pool area with 2 outside dining areas. Inside it has lovely high ceilings and is very well kitted out with everything you need inc towels, iron, bedding for both warm and cool and there is even satellite TV with British channels and a huge stock of books and board games. I would recommend this villa for golf parties, couples looking for a relaxing break, and families looking for a quiet location, with a private pool. The resort is a great location to explore the Murcia region, although I would recommend hiring a car if you want to go off site.

My partner & I stayed for a week the end of May, we found the villa to be in a peaceful location but we where glad to have hired a car as this is a must if you wish to see beyond the complex. Good… More

Fabulous villa with lovely pool and excellent facilities. Shop close by (walking distance) so able to get supplies easily. Great clubhouse with good selection of meals and drinks. Brilliant golf course too. Easy to drive to beach, towns and restaurants nearby. Not far from Murcia airport too. We loved our stay and will definitely be going back!

Spacious house on a golf Resort with pool. Well maintained with good amenities. Need a car to get around and explore the area. Good restaurant and shop on site

We spent a fantastic holiday in this very well maintained House which is located in a very nice Golf Resort with a very well maintained Golf course. It was so nice there, that we decided to go there again in 2018. We can only recommend this house with the best conscience. Looking forward to get there soon again

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lionel / Nicole (the owner) a message.

If Lionel / Nicole (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
