Villa Maxine is a beautifully maintained and recently renovated, air conditioned, 4 bedroomed villa with its own private swimming pool complete with patio and secluded garden area. This idyllic property is located in the delightful El Rosario area and is just a 2km drive away from a soft sandy beach and its charming beach bars and restaurants. For those of a sporty nature the villa is also only 0.5km from the prestigious Royal Tennis club with its choice of hard and clay courts and 1km from 2 of the coasts most beautifully landscaped Golf courses, the Marbella Club & Santa Maria Golf. It is also situated within easy reach of the ever trendy areas of Marbella (5 miles) and Puerto Banus just beyond. And with Malaga airport only 30 minutes away by car, Villa Maxine provides the perfect location to see and do as little or as much in the Costa del Sol as you choose. Within a short walk of the secluded villa are bars, restaurants and a supermarket, so a car, whilst recommended, is not essential.

The property itself is arranged over 3 floors and consists of 2 Lounges inside & outside dinning areas, a huge games room with its own pool table and dart board, 2 kitchens, 4 good sized bedrooms (2 with private terrace) plus 4 bath or shower rooms. (2 en suite) and a separate cloakroom. The main lounge has a 50 foot terrace and views over the pool to Gibraltar in the distance. The 2nd lounge/chill out room on the middle floor and the huge games room, mean that Villa Maxine can comfortabley house upto 10 people. One of the kitchens is situated on the same floor as the main lounge, dinning area whilst the second is perfectly located on the ground floor, should you wish to have a BBQ, on the pool side patio just outside.

We (2 families, 9 people) have just returned from a week at Villa Maxine, Marbella and can highly recommend this beautiful property. A fully equipped, very clean rental property with the added bonus of a pool table (perfect for keeping 3 teenage boys occupied!). About 10 km outside of the centre of Marbella so very quiet with no disturbances. A lovely Italian Restaurant in the 'village square' and small, well stocked supermarket (but not a lot else). A car is definitely needed to visit the beautiful surrounding area. Would highly recommend Villa Maxine!

We had a lovely time at villa Maxine & hope to return soon. We couldn't really fault the accommodation at all and Chris was very helpful. My mobility is bad but the villa was accessible for me and my family. It was the perfect location for a family holiday and my granddaughter's first. We were able to drive to lots of different beaches and take in the sights. Supermarket at the bottom of the rd had everything we could need for the stay and some nice eateries there too.

Great set up with the 3 floors giving lots of space. Nice pool and BBQ area with again lots space and eating area. Very clean and tidy Downside would be very firm beds

Thoroughly enjoyed our week at Villa maxine. We quickly settled in with great help from Chris the owner and despite the initial disappointment of our friends being unable to join us sadly we had a superb time here. The house has everything you could wish for and outstanding space. It was simply perfect with all the room and pool table etc for the boys and with 2 kitchens we enjoyed leisurely breakfasts on the terrace upstairs and evening barbeques by the pool! Short drive into Peurto Banus with it's many restaurants and bars and also the lovely village of Oijen for a quieter evening! We'll be back next year....all 7 of us!!

Hi, wonderful stay at Villa Maxine with my family and brothers. Plenty of room for 10 of us over the Villa itself but of course we enjoyed the pool and outside as much. Close to the coast and situated for easy commute to Marbella and Malaga.

The house is very big, the main room is extraordinary. Big garden with many different hammocks and chairs, two bbq (one of the worked with gas), nice pool with a perfect level of chlorine and with inflatable pads. Two kitchens, on the top floor and on the bottom floor. The only contras where that the fridge on the bottom floor was small (the big one was on the 2nd floor) and that the pans weren't nonstick.
