From the owner

Apartment, 50 metres from the sandy beach in El Puerto de Santa Maria, situated at the bay of Cádiz. This region is called Costa de la Luz, meaning Coast of the Light. The area is especially attractive for those who like the beach, nature, history and good times. The area is suitable for cycling. Other options are walking, playing golf, sailing or yust sit back and relax.

Idieel house for two persons or family with one or two childeren. It is on the groundfloor with a large terrace and great views over the Atlantic Ocean were you can enjoy beautifull sunsets sitting at the table drinking a great Spanish wine, It consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living/dining room with sliding door giving access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The apartment is situated in the quarter “El Manantial”, a fairly luxurious and quiet quarter with family homes. At a distance of 50 metres you will find a wide sandy beach and a short promenade. At a distance of 40 metres, almost on the beach, you will find a small, pleasant beachbar.

Damage deposit is not required at booking but when you arrive at your holidayhome you will sign a damage deposit promes with your creditcard number wich we will return at the end of your stay.

Afther handing over the keys I will me allways be available by phone, whatsapp or e-mail for information or to solve problems you might meet. Althought I prefere to stay at distance so you can fully enjoy your stay and do whatever you like to do. At the apartment you will find a user guide and toerist information but if you have questions you can always contact me. Live close to the apartment but not always at home.

How do damage deposits work?
