The “Lycka” is a Vilm II sailboat built by the Rügen Shipyard (Germany), it is 12 m long and 3.65 m wide. The Vilm II are a series of numbered ships, the Lycka is No. 13. It is a beautiful classic motorboat with firm navigability, robust and comfortable, with teak deck and mahogany structure. It has 2 private cabins, spacious for two and three people, as well as a shower room (shared). It also has a bed in the dining room (2 pax). In Popa we have a table and comfortable benches to enjoy navigation and meals. The ship is equipped with wind power generators and solar panels. It has fresh water tanks of 500 liters and the same diesel capacity. It has life jackets and liferaft, safety hoop, GPS, radar, probe, and autopilot. For the enjoyment of its passengers we have snorkeling and fishing equipment, a kayak for two people, hammocks, barbecue on board, games and books. The food is based on fruits, vegetables, fish and seafood. The captain and the sailor are inexhaustible travelers, nature lovers and respectful of the local culture, in their company you can discover all the secrets of the wonderful Guna Yala (San Blas Archipelago), last relic of virgin islands in the world and will make Your stay is the vacation of your life.

Getting around

It is only possible by land. We organize transport from Panama City to the sailboat. The trip from Panama to the Costa de Guna Yala lasts approx. 3 hours in 4x4 vehicles that will find you where you stay in Panama City at 5:00 am. Once on the Costa de Guna Yala, you take a speedboat that takes you to the island where El Lycka will be waiting for you. The 4x4 vehicle costs $ 50 per trip and the speedboat costs $ 50 per trip. The transport is completely managed by the indigenous Kuna, we only do the coordination. You can also arrive by private plane, please check with the crew about availability and prices.

Toda una experencia, las playas increibles, el barco hermoso, y los anfitriones adorables. LLegar alla cuesta un poquito, sobre todo si hay oleaje, pues vas en una lacha pequena, pero una vez que llegas, ..... la vision es tan hermosa que sientes ganas de llorar de la emocion, El barco es una pasada, tiene todo lo necesario para estar comodos, y Lorenzo y Alex, te hace sentir como en casa, Una copa de vino viendo la mas bella de puesta de sol que puedas imaginar en exquisita conpania,que mas se puede pedir. Sin duda repetiremos, espero que muy pronto. Gracias Loren y Alex por estos dias tan maravillosos, un fuerte Abrazo.
