Situated in a quiet residential area, the house is still within minutes to local amenities, golf courses and the beach, making it the perfect holiday destination to get out and about.....or you could simply relax in your own private rear garden which leads on to beautiful tropical grounds with 2 communal swimming pools.

The townhouse is situated within a crescent of privately gated houses which means the grounds and surrounding area is well maintained throughout the year.

The house has free street parking, a gated front entrance and a lovely rear garden which has a patio / terraced area ideal for enjoying a barbecue in the early evenings. (a gas BBQ is supplied).

The rear of the property leads to a larger communal tropical landscaped garden which has two swimming pools (one for children).

Getting around

There are local bus services running daily from the Diana Park Commercial Centre within a 7-10 minute stroll from the property which can take you to Marbella, Puerto Banus or Estepona in under 10 minutes (costing approx €2.20 one way). There is also a taxi rank located at the Diana Park Commercial Centre. We also supply a local taxi number in the information manual at the house to make it easy for you to book a taxi collection from your front door. The house also has ample free parking situated along the street outside the property should you be hiring a car during your visit.

Excellent holiday rental. Very clean and furnished to a high standard throughout. Ideal place to stay being close to amenities. Fantastically positioned to visit Puerto Banus, Marbella, Benahavis and Estepona. The house was fully equipped to our needs. Plenty of restaurants, shops, bars close by and the landscaped garden/pool area is stunning and peaceful. Would 100% recommend!

Stayed here with 5 members of my family. The property was spacious and easily accommodated 6. The pool and private garden were great from my young nephew and niece. We had a great meal in the Argentinian steak house, just 5 minutes in a taxi from the house. The property owners were great at providing a cot and gates for the stair ways and provided a quick response. Overall, a top choice when staying in the area.

We stayed at Villa Hackett this summer, and have to say we thoroughly enjoyed! Beautiful villa fully equipped to all our needs ! Plenty of restaurants, shops, bars close by and the garden/pool area is stunning ! We had glorious sunshine everyday too ! already booked to go back next year !

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gareth (the owner) a message.

If Gareth (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
