Casa Paraiso is a stunning private house available to rent direct from the owner. Luxury 4 bed house with fully integrated aircon/heating throughout and equipped with everything you require for enjoying a luxurious Summer or Winter holiday.
The house is set in tropical gardens with a south east facing private back garden leading directly to the pool. The sunny garden terrace and large roof terrace are perfect for enjoying the sun from early morning to late evening and ideal for dining or a late evening drink with 7 friends.Set in the exclusive Paraiso area 1km from the beach, Casa Paraiso is surrounded by some of the most beautiful gardens on the Costa Del Sol with a large stunning pool, numerous sun beds and thatched. umbrellas at the bottom of the back garden. The pool is very large with wide graduated steps and a large shallow end ideal for children.Amenities on the development include paddle tennis courts free to guests.
The house has a front garden and undercover, secure parking for two cars in the drive.
The impressive Andalucian style porch leads into the entrance hall furnished with large gold mirror and stone side table. Coming off the hall is a modern, bright kitchen, guest w/c 1 of 4 in the house, closet.
Double doors from the hall lead to a large very sunny open plan living room and dining room which is furnished with an Italian leather corner sofa, 42"LED TV, DVD and surround sound system.Netflix and UK TV chanels are available.
For dining there is a formal glass and marble dining table seating 8 with matching side table.All furnishings are modern and luxurious.
3 sets of double doors from the living room lead to the covered garden terrace which is furnished with a 4 seater sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table and a second Spanish style dining table. There is a gas and a coal bbq in the garden.
The Kitchen is modern with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee maker. With granite worktops and access to sunny back terrace, it is equipped with everything you could require for dining. We even have picnic basket and cooler bags.
The Master bedroom is on the 1st floor and has a luxury en suite split stone bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath, separate walk in rainfall shower, wc and bidet. Large double doors from the bedroom lead to the outside terrace with seating and stunning views to the sea and mountains. SKS Bed, silk curtains and 32inch flat screen TV, DVD player and an ipod player complete this boutique style bedroom.
All 4 bedrooms have double fitted wardrobes. Hairdryers are available in 2of the 4 bedrooms.The second bedroom is also equipped with an LCD TV, KS bed and double doors leading to a private terrace with sofa, coffee table and 2 armchairs and stunning views.
The third bedroom has two single beds and double doors to juliet balconyThe second and third bedrooms share a marble and stone full bathroom with bath and shower.
Fourth bedroom is on the second floor has a king size bed, ensuite marble and stone with walk in rainfall shower. Two fitted wardrobes and double doors to terrace with stunning views to the sea, mountains and the pool.

Security- The house has an infrared motion sensor security system in all rooms which is directly linked to a local security company .All patio doors and windows have double locks with security bolts and motion sensor lights in the private back garden.
The undercover parking and gardens including the pool gardens and paddle tennis courts are within the development which is accessed through remote controlled entrance gates.There is an intercom controlled entrance system which can be operated from the entrance hall.

The house was very good, and had everything we needed. And owners were very helpful with everything.Car needed, as you could walk to the supermarkets, but coming back is uphill, and quite a walk. Lauri

As you know there are several supermarkets,deli,cafes,bars,restaurants within 10 or 15 mins walk from the house but for guests staying without a car I do indeed recommend calling or picking up a taxi,which are approx 5 euro for bringing back groceries. What a great house. It had everything we needed and much more. There were 7 adults and 2 babies and we all fitted in perfectly. It's a shame there wasn't more restaurants close by but that is the only negative thing I can say about it really. The owner was extremely helpful whenever I emailed her with questions before, during and after our stay and I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone.

“Luxury in Marbella!”
Just returned from a short trip with 7 friends to this amazing house. Pretty much faultless, and everything you need for a relaxing and pampered stay. It feels like a house, not an impersonal rental property. And the Ramos restaurant 5 mins walk away was the best meal we've had in a long time. Thanks to Victoria and Allan for their excellent communication and all the useful information in the property. Just go - you won't regret it. Can't recommend highly enough!
“Everything you could ask for to be able to relax and enjoy your break.”
This is a fabulous property that is well maintained and situated in a tranquil relaxing surroundings. The views from the roof are breathtaking and it is is in easy reach of the most necessary amenities and must see places. The owner appears to be a very honest, understanding and extremely helpful lady and she even took the time to supply me with east to understand directions to the venue. I would sincerely recommend this property to any respectable family.
“Great Villa, lovely pool, great location and lovely people”
We have just returned from a week at the villa having found it on holiday lettings website. Vicky the owner was very helpful, and there were little touches that made the holiday easy like a cool bag at the villa and beach towels for use, Paul the guy who let us in was also very helpful. The living space was more than ample and clean, all the bedrooms were a good size and the bathrooms were lovely. The pool was nice although we did tend to go to a local beach in Estapona because it was easier to relax with toddlers. There was a local supermarket called the Mercadona a short drive away and several local restaurants, you have to visit the fish and chip restaurant Peggottys, the food is lush! I would recommend car hire, there are plenty of places to visit and the house is up a large hill, so a bit of a walk in the heat. Also the car was useful for shopping. My only fault with the house was the fact it was on three stories, this wouldn't be an issue for most guests but was awkward for us as we had to sleep a 3 year old on the top floor, this did concern me a little as the stairs are all tiled, I did worry she may fall but there were no problems. The villa did have a stair gate on the floor below. Great holiday, lovely place, we would love to go back to that part of Spain and that villa!
“What a fabulous holiday”
3 Couples and our 21 month grandaughter stayed for a week in this beautiful villa. It was very well described and Viccy (the owner) was extremely helpful with all of our enquiries We decided not to hire a car and really enjoyed the walk down and up the long hill and felt assured it would burn off all the calories after enjoying such an excellent variety of good quality food available. 'Ramos' was excellent and only a 5min walk from the villa Tha villa itself was beautifully furnished and superbly equipped with everything needed Thank you for an amazing holiday with our family Moira
We stayed in this villa for two weeks in Sept and it was perfect for our needs. We were 3 adult couples and a two year old. We were provided with a high chair and a cot. The villa was clean, spacious and well laid out. There is a store cupboard in the kitchen full of essentials, herbs, oil, vinegar, marmite etc. There is a restaurant a few streets away and there are countless bars and restaurants just down the hill. You can see the sea from the balcony and the mountains are the other side. The pool was cleaned every day and was located just at the bottom of the garden. The man who delivered the keys was very helpful and the owner has been great with communication throughout. Fab holiday, we would definitely recommend this villa.
“A beautiful summer home ... but be aware of a serious lack of securiy”
We booked Casa Paraiso for 7 weeks last winter. The owner Victoria arranged us a deal for the winter period as we were only a couple with a 2 year old girl and we booked late, less than 3 weeks before arrival. Most properties were already booked over Christmas time and New year so we were happy to find it! The house is really LUXURY, very spacious, lovingly decorated and description is accurate. Paul, the representative, was more than helpful and still now we thank him for being so kind and helpful! Weather was very humid and the house was cold. It is fitted with marble floor so need the heater on day long. Electricity was limited and during winter, you need to be careful of this extra cost. The residence itself is beautiful, with well maintened garden, even during low season. So a prefect setting for a wonderful stay! ...However we, as 5 other villas in the residence, have been visited during the Silvester night and we were rubbered most important effects. Most of the villas have fences and/or window protection but not a Casa Paraiso where we stayed. Access from the garden is very easy...Security in the residence was at that particular evening completly absent-We have been looking for 4 hours for the guardian who diseappered. Only Paul, the representative showed up 10 min after we called him, in the middle of the night. Police only arrived 5 hours later thanks a Spanish owner who called them hundred times. It was a very scary experience with our 2 year Old girl. The owner did not recognized the lack of security despite the fact that the residence was already visited and some houses was rubbered for 2nd time in 6 months! Casa Paraiso is advertised with a security guardian from 08.00-08.00!! We wanted to leave the next day after the incident as the door was broken and could not be locked anylonger. We booked for 52 days and paid in advance. We got refund the days the owner managed to get reservation and we were even asked to pay the higher price over the Christmas period despite we made a deal when booking last minute- We run a property rental company in Croatia and we feel in such circumstances that a full refund of the nights non used should have been made as we left the property because of a lack of security. This is our own experience and may be a rare case, but still travellers should be informed of the lack of security in this residence Casa Paraiso and a lack of courtesy from the owner who kept thinking on her rental loss rather than of the well being of her guests. A part from that the Villa is beautiful, up a hill so a car is necessary, -- Puerto Banus is a 25 min drive- and Paul, the local agent from Pelican rentals a very friendly and helpful person. We would recommend Casa Paraiso only if the owner confirms that security measures have been reinforced since beginning of 2011. Ps: We should add that on our drive down to Puerto Banus, we were car-hacked and stolen already valuable effects and we were under a schock. So we were happy to settle in a quiet neighbourhood and house. We bought new items as laptops that we needed for our buisness and were stolen again at the villa. So our experience was unlucky and for this reason the owner refused to refund as she considered we wanted to go home -- After those experience, we think no one would have stayed with a 2 yearl Old girl in a unsafe place with open doors.... So now you know all story!
Owner's reply: I am pleased the guest rated our house as good overall and “luxurious“. The house has and had during the guests visit, an infrared motion sensor security system in all rooms which is linked directly to a security company who inform the local police station, my local guest representative and myself if the alarm goes off. Unfortunately this was not turned on on the night in question. Since this incident we now specifically highlight and explain the security system to all guests on arrival and suggest they use it. The small development the house is on is in a quiet,residential area and the site is gated and fenced with an intercom controlled entrance system from the house linked to the TV, so you can see who is at the gate before you open it and there is also a security man present from 8pm to 8am every night. Not being there I cannot answer as to where the security man was on the night in question but I know the local manager I pay to look after the house and my guests, was present throughout and offered to have the broken lock fixed immediately after the police inspection.I am sorry it took the police so long to attend the scene but anyone who has experienced a burglary in the UK will know this is common everywhere.I am relieved the guest found my local rep helpful and courteous. My husband and I talked several times at length to the guest on the phone from the UK and could fully appreciate how distraught she was with the breakin coming so quickly after her earlier robbery when travelling through Spain.My husband immediately made arrangements to fly down to check the security and assist with the police report.However the guest had already left when he arrived. I should say that no damage other than a patio door lock, was done to the house and no items TVs, DVDs, SKY box, Sound system, ipod speakers etc of which there are several in the house, were moved or stolen and we have had only this one break in in the 4/5 years since the house was built. The guest was offered the high season weeks of Christmas and New Year at a heavily discounted rate on the basis that her booking was for an extended period through the low season of January and was subsequently refunded the equivalent of 4 weeks low season discounted rental. I am very sorry she does not feel the level of refund was adaquate but taking into consideration that her family did have use of the house from the 20th December, over Christmas, through to the first week of the New Year I could not, as clearly wanted, refund the total rental. I am also sorry that she was disappointed with the weather but like anywhere in Europe, Winter weather can be cold and wet at times but then again you can have some clear, sunny, wonderfully warm days.....The house is modern, and spacious with marble floors throughout with individually controlled central heating/aircon system in every room, duvets on all beds in Winter plus wel can supply extra radiators if required. Regarding electricity – as the rental was low and for an extended period, it was clearly indicated in the booking contract that the cost of electricity was covered in the rental charge up to a specified weekly average with any excess usage to be covered by her during her stay. Like everywhere in the world, crime is an issue in Spain and the guest's earlier robbery experience before she arrived at our house must have been extremely upsetting as even prior to the break in she had indicated that she may need to leave early. Casa Paraiso is our family holiday home and it is very important to me personnally that everyone who stays, enjoys the house and I, my husband and our local representative do try to do everything we can to make our visitors stay an enjoyable experience. However clearly on this occasion we failed and for this I can only apologise to the guest and her family.
“Excellent villa - as good as it looks on the photos”
Have just returned from staying for 10 days in the villa. It has a real home from home feel about it. Very comfortable with everything you could possibly need and more. All the facilities were excellent, from the travel cot and high chair to the ensuite bathrooms. The outside terrace with awnings were well used with the comfy sofas and table, we satyed outside until midnight most nights. Restaurants and bars are a good walk down the hill but perfect for building up a thirst! There is a good choice of restaurants depending on what you fancy. We explored the area went to Puerto Banus, Gibraltar, the aquapark near Torremelinos was excellent .I would recommend the villa to anyone and will certainly book again when we visit the area.
