Description

Wooden house (loft) with double bed, living room, toilet. It has a terrace with an equipped outdoor kitchen. Renewable energy with solar panels. Ideal for couples. Very close to the beach 7 minutes walk. It has restaurants, chiringuitos nearby (the Gurugu) and surf schools. (With the accommodation of the Palmar wooden house, a discount is given in surf lessons at the Surf Coast school, next to El Dorado). In El Palmar you can also enjoy other outdoor sports such as horse riding or renting bicycles. Ideal to enjoy the outdoors and the beach. Nearby are the towns of Caños de la Meca, the Lighthouse of Trafalgar, Vejer de la Frontera, Conil ...

Han sido dos semanas fabulosas. La casa muy bonita y acogedora y los dueños maravillosos. Nada que objetar.

Casa cercana al mar, tranquila y muy buen punto para visitar las playas cercanas. Ubicada lejos del bullicio y con acceso andando al mar.

“Playa, relax, tranquilidad y sin coche”

Situada en una zona tranquila, con la playa a un corto paseo, la casa dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar una temporada de relax, perfecta para dos o tres personas, con posibilidad de aparcar el coche en el interior de la parcela. Los propietarios, Mariángeles y su pareja, son muy atentos y están pendientes de que no falte de nada durante la estancia en la cabaña.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
