Nice holiday apartment for naturists. Garden view. Quiet site. Apartment looks South with a terrace having morning and afternoon sun, which makes the site suitable for long-term winter rentals.

Close to beach and Reception building. Refrigerator, microwave and ceran hob. Satellite TV - CNN and BBC World. WC separate from shower and lavabo. Parking inside the territory according to occupation rate.

Cot available on request. WiFi available (payable at Reception). Washing machine and tumbler in the area (tokens at Reception).

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol region is very famous for its mild climate. Long-term winter rentals are possible because there are sunny days even in November, December and January. Spring and autumn are nice whereas summer can be very hot.

This period (mainly July and August) is not recommended for people with a weak health.

The Estepona area becomes more and more fashionable although it does not have the same fame as Marbella has. The Old Town underwent a step-wise renovation process to make streets more attractive. There are several museums, a port, several bus lines (to Marbella, Cadiz, Granada, Malaga).

The markets on Wednesday and Sunday are an attraction for tourists. In the summer time there are open-air performances in the Bullring. In the port area are many restaurants and bars.
