Great apartment overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and in front of the beach. The duplex apartment with two floors plus solarium is located in the Residential Los Martines (El Medano) on the beachfront, with spectacular views from virtually all rooms, but especially from the terrace, the master bedroom and the solarium. The complex has a saltwater community pool with free sun loungers, a children's garden and paddle court as well as private security at certain times of the day. Its location is unbeatable, just by crossing the calla you are on the beach, which is equipped with showers, bathrooms, children's garden with beach sand and solarium to practice sports in front of the sea (Yoga, Tai-chi, etc.). ). In certain months of the year there is a lifeguard. The apartment has two totally exterior rooms, each with its full bathroom (bath or shower). The apartment has everything you need to enjoy a holiday with all the comforts: exquisite decoration in all rooms, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, microwave, hob, oven, washing machine, toaster, arm blender, sandwich maker, kettle, etc. As well as free internet access through the apartment's exclusive wifi and 40 "Sony smart TV, but the best thing is its incredible terrace that will allow you spectacular views of the Atlantic while having a drink or a meal, as well Like its solarium that will allow you to sunbathe almost any time of the day, given its characteristics and extras it is the ideal place to spend a family holiday comfortably since both the resort and El Medano have many activities for all ages, but If you are thinking about a couple holidays you can also stay and enjoy long walks on the beach, dinners on the terrace (see picture with the full moon ......... amazing) and practice some sport. Getting around

A mere 50 meters is a bus stop TITSA which you can reach any part of the islands in its different lines, always making connections. In El Medano you can scroll walking, highly recommended.

Interaction with guest

Usually my wife Oneida or I will be in the apartment to greet you and explain its operation. In addition, we have prepared a small guide with our recommendations for restaurants and attractions that I hope will be useful. Very Important. Pool not be able in April 2018.

“Well equipped, lovely apartment”

Jose, met us and showed us around the apartment with pride and explained all we needed to know about it and the area. The apartment was very bright, spacious and well equipped; even down to the little extras like plenty of dishwasher tablets, coffee pods etc. The apartment benefits from lovely sea views and is excellent for the beach and 10 minutes walk to the town centre with lots of locally inspired inexpensive restaurants, not your usual tourist aimed offerings which we thought was a nice change. The kids enjoyed the number of wifi connections available which meant they have connectivity in the apartment and around the pool area. Jose checked in with us in between the holiday to check everything was OK, which it was but it was good to know he was available if needed - would definitely stay again if in El Medano, thanks Jose

“Amazing apartment with fantastic sea views”

Jose and his wife go out their way to make you feel welcome. The apartment was excellent. Our 4 & 5 year old made the most of the pool, the sea & the children's playground. The apartment was spotless & well equipped with a lovely large balcony to relax on in the evenings once we had put the kids to bed. Highly recommended!
