Magnífica casa situada en el Grao de Castellón, a 5 minutos de la playa y al lado del parque del Pinar, próximas a instalaciones de golf y padel,

Mercadona a escasos metros, a 5 minutos del puerto y l a zona de ocio (Puerto Azahar), Casa totalmente equipada con 5 habitaciones, 3 baños, 2 completos y aseo, cocina totalmente equipada con dos frigoríficos, microondas, lavadora, lavavajillas, menaje de cocina, comedor muy grande con tv . Tiene una terraza que se comunica con la cocina y el salón, tengo otra casa con las mismas caracteristicas y condiciones, la ubicacion es la misma y están al lado puede haber en total en las dos casas 20 personas:

Y esto lo dice una persona de una familia que dejó un colchón y un sillón orinados que tuve que tirar. Se trajo media playa de arena a la casa que por supuesto no limpió, ni la arena ni nada de la casa solo ensuciaron mucho. El depósito de la fianza se le devolvió integro y no esta condicionado a las persianas, que no son tan viejas como dice y se revisan periódicamente, sino a la casa en general y a casos excepcionales. La caldera funciona perfectamente en ningún momento me ha comentado nadie ni siquiera él que fuese mal, anterior y posterior a él han estado familias y nadie me ha comentado nada, los muebles son los normales de cualquier apartamento de verano. Que casualidad que la habitación que dice que olía tan mal es donde se orinaron en el colchón que encontré totalmente mojado por una enorme meada, con perdón. "Cómo no iba a oler mal". Este Señor no me puso ninguna pega por la casa, sólo me pidió un batidora y se la facilite. Cuando fui a recoger las llaves apenas mire la casa, me fié porque me pareció una familia normal de las muchas que pasan por mi casa, le devolví integro el deposito,y nos despedimos cordialmente. Estos comentarios simple y llanamente no se ajustan a la realidad son para hacer daño. Vergüenza les tenia que dar tal y como han dejado la casa.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
