Description

A beautiful 3 bedroom villa with kidney shaped pool situated on a private road known locally as "millionaires row". The villa is split-level with fully fitted kitchen and TV area (with cable TV) on the ground floor, a large lounge and separate dining room reached via a small (3-step) staircase, with patio doors and views out over the lagoon. There is a seperate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board etc. The bedrooms are at one side of the property with a king size four poster bed on the ground floor, king sized bedroom on the first floor and 2 x large single beds in the lower ground floor bedroom. The villa is situated in private gardens with large marble pool deck, fresh water kidney-shaped pool with 6 x cushioned sun loungers and 2 x fixed parasols. There is a table and chairs to seat 6 under a tamra henna pergola with outside CD player and also a built-in BBQ and sink on the terrace. El Gouna enjoys a private shuttle bus service where weekly tickets can be purchased for 30LE (£3) with a bus stop less than 5 minutes walk from the front door. Alternatively a local Tok Tok service is available to take you door-to-door for less than £1 per person. There is also a water taxi service again with a stop less than 5 minutes walk down the beach. The Old Town (known locally as Downtown) is also only 5 minutes walk where many bars and restaurants can be found serving a variety of cuisines catering for every pocket. Even the most extravagant dining will not break the bank! There are two marinas now in El Gouna again with many restaurants and bars and there you can also enjoy a selection of nightlife where you can dance into the early hours. For those adrenalin junkies there are many sporting offerings from scuba diving through paragliding and windsurfing. There is also an 18 hole golf course in El Gouna with another championship course due for completion in 2013. And for those more interested in the cultural side of Egypt many local companies offer tours including dining under the stars, visits to the Bedouins and day trips or longer to Luxor and Cairo. Although we welcome pets we ask for details of your extended family by prior arrangement. Dogs must be fully house trained, kept off the furniture and additional cleaning costs could be incurred. W22 is an ideal location whether looking for a romantic break in the sun or a family holiday with the kids. Nb. Many areas of El Gouna are undergoing significant levels of construction whereas W22 is in a very mature and well established, quiet location. “Beautiful and relaxing place”

The villa is extremely comfortable, clean and nice and the view of the lagoon makes it more relaxing and serene. As for Lorna the manager, she’s very supportive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much and it became our first choice when we plan for a vacation at El Gouna.

Wow what a beautiful villa in El Gouna everything and more we could have needed and in such a beautiful location. 5 friends stayed here and was rattling round it was so big. The hardest decisions were to eat in or out lay out on sun beds by the pool or on the private beach or up on a he roof terrace. So much choice and such beautiful furnishings enjoyed every minute. We have stayed in many villas and this will take some beating. We all said how can we top this and we can’t think how it would be possible. Despite the breeze in November making the pool cold you still had chance to swim the lagoon within a hop skip and a jump or wander to the beach and the sea a few mins away. Love cation for down Town was walking all on the Level and 10 mins max or dial a tuxi for 3 persons at LE25 Each way to the marina bargain and great fun. Hope to return next year thank you for a wonderful stay.

Just returned with friends from a half term break at Villa W22 in El Gouna . The location of the villa is excellent ( close to shops, restaurants and the beautiful marina) and the views of the lagoon magnificent ! The villa is perfect for a touch of luxury in a beautiful location with everything you require ! The accomodation is well maintained and furnished to a high standard with lots of room ! We could not have asked for a more perfect holiday ! Special thankyou to Lorna (who manages the property) . She is so helpful with lots of useful information about the resort and nothing too much trouble for her ! We will definitely be returning soon !
