Free WIFI.The Villa has been carefully developed over the past few years. It is a luxuriously fully furnished 3 bedroomed Villa. It is perfectly located in the only gated development in El Gouna in a tranquil area. You are within easy walking distance of many restaurants and shops, but away from any road noise. New for 2019 is the addition of a fresh drinking water filter and garden lights.

It boasts the largest landscaped garden in the area carefully looked after by our local gardeners. It contains all the outdoor furniture needed to fully relax, with hammocks, out door seating area and a brand new large gas BBQ.

We try to give you all the best information and ideas before you arrive in our very helpful information pack. Once you arrive your assistance is further helped by our resident British agent who will provide further help and assistance 24 hours.

The large rectangular, 50ft by 27ft, private freshwater pool can be heated to your desired temperature at your request, prior to your arrival. A major advantage from October until April. Please read our guest reviews.

The stunning and sophisticated Abu Tig Marina is a short walk away where you can spend warm nights eating at one of the many beautiful restaurants, sipping cocktails at the waterside or perusing the genuine designer clothing and jewellery stores. Downtown is also a short distance on foot, where you will find a lively, authentic Egyptian atmosphere, friendly bars, shops and wide variety of cuisines to suit all tastes.

For the more active holidaymaker, El Gouna provides the opportunity for snorkelling, diving (there are at least six dive schools in El Gouna), kite surfing, horse riding , go-karting, tennis, paintballing, quad biking, lagoon trips and trips to lively Hurghada, Luxor and Cairo further afield. The nearest Golf course is 10 minutes away.

For those looking for pure relaxation , the private garden and pool provide the ideal spot to unwind and worship the sun, whilst El Gouna itself has several sandy beaches, and you may access the health and beauty facilities at the resorts nearby five star hotels for about £12.50 per day.

The resort is well serviced by a regular bus service and the Tok Tok's which are the fun local transport and cost £1.25p for a trip anywhere in the resort.

There are six supermarkets and a new butcher all within a short walk from the Villa.

Property is managed by British family locally on hand to answer any questions, assist with trips and taxis or airport transfers. We provide you with a comprehensive information pack to help you obtain the most from your stay.

We have friends with boats at the Marina who will gladly charter trips to the small Islands where even non swimmers can snorkel in water three foot deep with an abundance of small reefs and fish. After you may be able to swim with Dolphins, depending on the time of year.

The villa has three large double bedrooms with the ground floor rooms having direct access to the pool area through concertina doors. The living areas are open plan and the villa has Egyptian domed ceilings and marble floors.

* Master bedroom has a King Size bed, dressing table and hair dryer. The others have twin single beds in each, bed side tables and hair dryers.
* Air conditioning and heating is provided in very room of the villa with two units in the dining room and lounge, all fully remote controlled with timers.
* First floor master bedroom has En-suite,pool view and access to the roof terrace and its views to the mountains.
* The ground floor has a separate cloakroom and shower room.
* Satellite European TV with 69 channels, 25 english speaking, sports and Disney.
* The kitchen has an infrared digital hob with extractor fan, separate oven and combi-microwave grill. There is a toaster, sandwich maker, kettle, pots, pans crockery and cutlery for eight. A top range washing machine and fridge freezer. A fresh water filter has been added for clean drinking water.

BABY PACK: For an additional charge of £10 per week you can hire a new cot (linen included), high chair. Also included for your added convenience we have a microwave sterilizer, hand blender (for food preparation) and baby monitors.

The beds all have summer and winter blankets and throws.

In addition to the three double bedrooms there is a double sofa bed in the lounge for additional guests.

There is an Ipod speaker doc. PS2 with controller, that plays DVDs. Blue Ray DVD player.

There are twelve pool loungers all with cushions, two hammocks attached to the four of the twelve Palm Trees. Covered seating for 6 around a marble table with two electric ceiling fans. Pool toys and floats.
There is a beautiful lush green lawn with 12 full size Palm Trees giving huge amounts of shade and space to play.
The beautiful pool with marble surround is cleaned every two days and heated to your choice up to 32C (dependent on the time of year and the wind). A pool cover and roller has been provided for added heat retention. Depth from 0.8 to 1.6 mtr with Roman Steps for easy entry.

We have two movable 3 meter parasols to add that extra shade when needed.

The Villa is equipped with a large gas BBQ for you to use.

Further table and four chairs are located on the roof terrace along with an electric ceiling fan for your added convenience on hot nights.

Outdoor lights have been installed for mood lighting at night.

Go Karts, beach volleyball, Kite Surfing, Wind Surfing, Wake boarding, Water Skiing, Lagoon boat bus, Lagoon hire boats, Internet cafes, Dune Buggies are all easy to find in the resort.

Our friends locally can arrange, through friends who run a travel agency, any trips such as Luxor/Valley of the Kings, Cairo Pyramids and museum, Aswan and the Nile cruises all before you arrive.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Stuart (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
