The property is located on the seafront of the charming fishing village of El Cotillo and offers a rooftop pool and terrace with fabulous sea views and sunsets. Its location is perfect as it is 1 minute walk from the beach and pier 2-minute walk from several small shops, bars and restaurants of fresh fish and seafood. Beach Los Lagos is 600 meters. The coast nearby El Cotillo is famous among surfers and water sports. Our apartment is a 1-minute walk from the beach and the promenade of El Cotillo, offering a wonderful rooftop pool terrace with fabulous sea views. The apartment includes free WiFi, flat-screen satellite TV and fully equipped kitchen connection. The apartment is functional and feature 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, living room and bathroom with shower and toiletries. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Is a 2-minute walk from several small shops, bars and seafood restaurants. Beach Los Lagos is 600 meters. The coast nearby El Cotillo is famous among surfers. The apartment offers free garage parking. Fuerteventura Airport is a 45 minute drive.

We always receive our clients, except for some unforeseen event, that for this we have the option of entry through codes. We live nearby and will be available to our guests at all times, either personally or by phone. In the apartment you will find a folder with all the information about the island, and the surroundings, beaches, villages, excursions, restaurants, pharmacies, clinics, etc. However, we will always be available to the client.

We found the apartment perfectly clean, with everything we could wish for (including a welcome package with fruit and wine). Alex and Pilar were very pleasant hosts who quickly responded and were easy to communicate with. Highly commended for up to four people!

“Absolutely Fantastic Apartment!”

Really, really excellent. We arrived with clear instructions of how to get there, to be greeted by a clean and hospitable apartment, It had everything we needed for a nice relaxed stay including coffee machine, washing machine, TV, fan, towels, some provisions and even fresh fruit and a bottle of wine! The area of El Cotillo is relaxed and chilled, but still has some great restaurants to eat at, and some great little shops to look at. The beaches are fantastic, but if you want to keep the sand out of your toes, there is a great little rooftop pool to relax around. Really enjoyed our stay, many thanks Alex and Pilar.

Estancia de 4 noches con mi hiija a finales de octubre. El apartamento está muy bien equipado, decorado con gusto y todo está nuevo. Limpieza impecable y cama cómoda. Los propietarios son personas encantadoras que harán lo posible por facilitar lo que necesites. El Cotillo y alrededores me han parecido una maravilla y pensamos volver. La sitiacion del apartamento tambien magnifica.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alejandro (the owner) a message.

If Alejandro (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
