Near the fabulous beaches of El Campello, and many top golf courses.Casa Sonada (House of Dreams) is a stunning 5 bedroomed villa, with 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor is a beautiful terrace overlooking the garden and pretty pool. There is a spacious lounge and dining area with a newly fitted kitchen with modern appliances. The property has three double bedrooms on this level, one with an en-suite bathroom and the second with a king size bed. There is a full-size family bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 linked double bedrooms, ideal for families. One of the rooms has a large sofa bed. Both share a very smart newly built shower room. There is access from this level to a roof terrace. The private swimming pool outside is set in well kept gardens. This super house has the added bonus of an outside kitchen and barbcue area where everyone can enjoy the al-fresco dining experience. This lovely Villa is in the semi rural location of Busot. This country setting together with the cool secluded gardens and large terraces makes for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The charming Villa has it's own enclosed pool, outside covered kitchen and barbecue, ideal for family holidays. Casa Sonada sleeps 12 people in 3 double/twin bedded rooms downstairs and one double and one double sofa bedded room upstairs plus 2 single beds also. There are two bathrooms, a fully equipped indoor kitchen, large lounge combined with dining area. The wrap around terrace provides lots of space for dining and relaxing.

For 2019 the gusts can use a luna tent.

The house has 3 Ac unit that covers 4 bedrooms.

Busot has a bar within walking distance and is peaceful without being isolated. It is only 7 minutes drive to the magnificent 18 hole Bonalba golf course which has changing rooms and locker facilities. It is convenient for other courses in the area along the coast. A drive of 15 mins will take you to the attractive resort of El Campello, which has a good choice of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars.The villa is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the coast, but still convenient for beaches, nightlife and the airport.A 35 min drive will take you to the coasts new theme park, Terra Mittica, the lively resort of Benidorm and the beautiful and historical resort of Alicante.Busot has historical caves, walking trails and is suitable for mountain biking.

Please note that the security deposit of 400€ has to be paid in cash on your arrival and it's refund in the same day of your departure.
