Casa doriac is absolutely wonderful. We took our family (including two teenagers and a 9 year old). I'll be honest at times it's hard to please all three at once but this place ticked all the boxes. The villa is beautifully presented and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool is a big bonus (well maintained- the pool cleaner came twice in one week). The location is perfect- a short walk to the tram stop links you to the main towns if needed. I would recommend this idilic place to anyone wanting a relaxing, high quality time in the sunshine.

Owner's reply: Thanks for taking the time to write a review, we are very happy you enjoyed your stay at Casa Doric. You are most welcome to come back to the villa any time you fancy a break, thanks for booking with us.

“Excellant Villa - Ideal location, you need to book this one!”

The Villa represented great value for money - the location would not disappoint as it is located in a quiet and secure area. The Villa was great - the balcony were you eat over looks the pool - privately We enjoyed the ease and regular trams from just around the corner to other resorts and spent half the holiday out and about and came back in the evening to relax by the pool. I would recommend hiring a car but not essential as there is a bus stop just a couple of hundred yards down the road and runs regularly. Go and try out the Jet Set beach bar and get either Chris or Sophie to make you a cocktail (two lovely youngsters from the North East of the UK) their speciality is the Mojito cocktail and their prices are very cheap compared to other bars. 10 out of 10 rating from us.

“Just great for 6 - everything we wanted”

After a few days with the boys in Alicante & Calpe - it was time for a slower pace with the family. Casa Doric looks exactley as it appears on the Holiday Lettings web site altho if anything its better in the flesh. The view from the verandah down over the pool and the sea beyond is great. The pool with outdoor shower & garden area is the highlight of the villa & compared to booking 3 hotel rooms Casa Doric was amazing value for money with the upside of total privacy and a real feeling of security. We had a toddler with us so the steps down had to be carefully guarded but with 6 adoring adults that was not too difficult. A car is essential as nearest shops are some way away & there are only a couple of bars/cafes within walking distance. Not a place for ravers! A big plus for us though was leaving the car behind & catching the train into Alicante & Benidorm ( there are some nice parts with genuine tapas to be had) Another find was a newly opened restaurant called Mims on the left had side on way to El Campello. I stayed here a few years ago when it was looking a bit tired but the owners have obviously been busy on its upkeep.
