Costa Blanca (the White Coast) is a spectacular part of Spain in terms of nature, beaches and culture. The whole coast has beautiful, award winning beaches, stunning mountain ranges and plenty of charming villages buzzing with traditional Spanish cultural events.El Campello is a traditional spanish town with lots of individual shops, bars, restaurants, banks, supermarkets etc. It has kilometres of white sandy blue flag beaches and a promenade which runs the length of the beach, ideal for taking a stroll in the evening. The local market is on Wednesdays. You can even buy freshly caught fish from the local fishermen at the harbour!Bonalba Golf and Spa Resort (8 mins by car) is an 18 hole golf course giving a par of 72, which challenges the golfer with 5 strategically placed lakes, ridges and undulating greens. As well as the golf you can enjoy spa treatments, hair dressers, sauna, steam, indoor pool, gymnasium, or just relax by the outdoor water park.Alicante is a 20 minute drive away and has lots for you to do, including visiting the Santa Barbera castle and going to Tabarca island which was once inhabited by pirates! The whole of Alicante is surrounded with history and has so many wonderful places to visit. There are many individual shops (ideal for traditional gifts), bars and restaurants.Why not make a visit to the colourful town of Villajoyosa where the famous Valor chocolate is made. You can take a trip around the factory and then sample the chocolate afterwards!Benidorm is a popular area to visit as it has something for everyone. There are kilometres of beautiful white sandy beaches, where you can find all kinds of water sports, including cable ski-ing, jet ski-ing, wind surfing, paragliding and many more.Aqualandia water park and Mundomar Sea Life Centre are very popular with families and are a fun day out.Just ouside Benidorm you can find Terra Mitica theme park and Terra Natura wildlife park. Both are an excellent day out.Real de Faula Golf Club in Benidorm was designed by Jack Nicklaus. There are two 18-hole golf courses which are suitable for all levels of player. Located in a pine filled valley with views to the sea and mountains it covers more than 80 hectares and is 6,612 meters in length.There are many, bars and restaurants in Benidorm and for a special evening you must visit Benidorm Palace. It is a truly wonderful evening which consists of a international dinner and show.If you have a car why not travel to some of the many traditional spanish villages along the coast eg. Javea, Calpe, Guadalest, El Campello, Villajoyosa and, of course Alicante.There is so much to see and do on the Costa Blanca you will have to come back again!

Campello

Venta Lanuza can be found between Alicante and Benidorm so is ideally located. It is a tranquil location with two sandy beaches and a small harbour. It is serviced by a local bus that can take you into El Campello and the Tram runs from Alicante to Denia so there is no need for a car. There are several bars and restaurants in the area and a small supermarket for essentials.

“Fantastic stay loved the villa”

Definitely be back to stay the whole family enjoyed the stay. Pool area fantastic great for partys. Villa very spacious and very private if you have two families staying. Bathrooms are beautiful and spacious. Love the veranda leading onto the garden. The plus to this villa is 5 min walk to beach and train.El Campo is a couple of stops and has plenty of restaurants and bars and a fantastic sandy beach.The owners were very friendly and meet all our requirements.
